Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing/pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pipes conforming tolS: 8329-2000 with upto date amendements in length of 5.50 mtr class K7 with cement mortor lining in side duly ISI marked (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and laying cement mortar 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.in walls.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
