The following works are to be carried out at 132KV S/S, Rampur under ETD- Rampur.

33 KV Cable Alu. 3x300sq.mm. XLPE.

Cable Jointing Kit 33 KV for 300sq.mm. cable.

Socket for Pipe.

Making of cable boxes and mounting.

Laying of 33 KV cable in double layer, after digging of trench of size 1050x750mm, in Kuchha Earth with 27 No. Bricks/Mtr, River Sand & Stone Slab, Back-filling of excavated earth in cable trench upto the ground level, with ramming properly.

Laying of 3x300 Sq.mm. XLPE cable in the Air/G.I Pipe and mounting & Clamping 02 No. 33 KV XLPE Cable Boxes in fabricated Structures.

G.I Pipe 150 mm dia, 3 mm thick.

Sundries.

Earthing of G.I. Pipe by providing G.I. Strip 40x6 mm connecting it to main earthing grid of switchyard.

Holding Clamp for Pipe/Cable/Cable Box, with Nut & Bolt.

Erection of Auxiliary structure of ABL & 33 kv isolator along with earthing of structure & isolator as per norms of UPPTCL with 50x6mm MS Flat. (MS Flat to be arranged by contractor at its own cost).

Fabrication & erection of support structure for the 33 kv power cables to be connected at both 33 kv bus along with the earthing of structures with 50x6 mm MS Flat connecting it to main earthing grid of switchyard. (MS Flat to be arranged by contractor at its own cost). Scrap angles for support structure will be provided by department free of cost.
