R/R damages on Dawaru to Talehan road Km. 0/00 to 5/00 (SH Channelization of Nallah and 900mm dia HPC and at various RDs between Km. 0/00 to 5/00) under PDNA 2023

Excavation in earth work in hilly area in foundation trances or drain by mechanical means all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Roads August 2004 and Clause 16.2 of general condition for contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. The recovery of 1225 cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- per cubic metre amounting to Rs. 367500/- only, shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Earth work in excavation for structure such as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials up to a lead of 50 m(fifty metre) dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four course sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) nominal size mechanical mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and curing complete includingg the cost of form work or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three course sand : six graded stone aggregate) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications. or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Removal of landslides /slip clearance. Removal of land slide in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slops and disposal of cut material with in a left up to 1.5 metre and land upto 1000 meter as per technical specification 302.3.5 and 1611 or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
