Execution of works -(As per CPWD specifications 2021 as well as approved by the Competent authority .)

Erection and dismantling of double scaffolding system all around boundary wall/column up to 10 meter height above ground level including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site made with bamboo, placed 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical joint with bamboo coir string and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the execution of work and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with the wall etc. wherever required if feasible for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workers including cost of material labours and T&P etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. Complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge

Provision for Repairs to Plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under Including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge with the Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Provision of Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (M2)

Distempering with 1 st quality acryllic distemper, having VOC (Votalite Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour (Two Coat) (M2)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. Sheet sliding- shutters, with frame and diagonal braces of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25 mm dia pulley, 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle and T- iron guide at the top and bottom respectively, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Provision for making the opening in brick masonry including dismentling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls flooring and jambs complete to match existing surface in all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge - ( For Doors and Windows(M2)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor level in all shapes and sizes in Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand(M3) including material and labour cost etc complete

Provision for P.C.C. at Toilet Area 1:3:6 Cement Concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 gradded stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(M3) including material and labour cost etc complete

Provision of Painting with Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.(Museum Steel Gate, Windows Ralling etc) including material and labour cost etc. complete

Provision of Plumbing work for Toilet Block area to Installation of Water tank, water supply pipe line work and Repairing work for wash Basin, and Tabs etc Including material and labour charge all complete.

Provision for Electric work for Museum and Toilet block area like LED lighting, wire and cables repairing work M.C.B. box Shifting work, Switch boards Repairing work and installation of New LED lights including material and labour cost all complete

Provision of installation of CCTV Camera in Sculpture Shed Complex with all necessary instruments/accessories items with installation including materials and labour costs all complete.
