Rendering of service for providng of Archtectural/ Structural design as per Indian Standard codes for Construction of Additional Court Rooms including Multi-Purpose Hall adjoining to Hon’ble High Court Complex, Jammu (Basement and Ground Floor of the Proposed Project having 02 court Rooms I.e. Phase I including soil investigation with Plate Load test as per IS-1888 for determination of S.B.C of soil ,NSL Profile Levels, plumbing design/ Drawings, electrical works design including all low voltage site works, servo,HVAC (chillar) AC system, CCTV system, fire alarm system AV/conference system, Net working, fire fighting & Lift work, bar bending schedule, vetting of structural design/ drawing from IIT/ DIQC/ NIT/ GCET/ any other recognised institute and prepration of BOQ for tendering complete job including furniture detail/ drawings. (Rate to be quoted by the bidder in column No. 6 be treated in percentage (%). Also the consultant is required to adhere to the special conditions as recommended by Chief Architect J&K Srinagar/ Jammu (Copy enclosed) while preparing the DPR/ BOQ)
