M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) is in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using (40 mm graded stone agg) bed to 100 mm bore drain pipes and packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and as directed

S & F 110mm borePVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC SWR bends of 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (rocks) n exc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Brickwork with Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, bed plates, etc of manhole and similar work complete all as sp & dir.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 Nominal mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manhole (including necessary form work) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for valley gutter,rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as sp & dir.

M/L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers ie., 10mm in first layer and 5 mm in second layer as additional thickness as floating/setting coat finished even and smooth using extra cement and WPC complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only WPC liquid all as specified and as directed.

S & F uPVC rain water gutter of depth 160mm and min 150mm wide suitable for sloped galvalume sheet roofs fixed to clamps all as specified and as directed. Note : Supporting Clamps/Stays/Supports shall be paid seperately. Note : Contractor has to produce physical samples of material to be incorporated in the work and get it approved from AGE (I) well before execution of work.

S & F Trap/Bend of uPVC suitable for connecting/fixing rain water valley gutters with PVC rain water drain pipes of 110mm bore all as specified and as directed

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Loose filling with brocken stone or boulders of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No 21 above but of gauge 40 to 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.
