Sub Estimate No. I :- Development of land Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay gravel moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, weathered rock, fissured, shattered/ decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc.including pumping or brailing out water / dewatering including setting out construction of, shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding , etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil / rock at specified areas with all leads & all lifts etc. as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-incharge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge A) 110 mm dia

Supply of RCC FR pipe of NP2 class 600mm dia .

Supply of RCC collar 600mm dia.

Conveying carefully from stack at site, 250m from both sides rolling and lowering into trenches, laying and jointing true to line and level, RCC spun pressure and non pressure pipes of various classes, specials including collar and perfect linking of joint with jack to correct position including cost of jointing material in cement mortar 1:2, necessary hydraulic testing, curing of cement mortar etc. complete.Nominal Diameter in MM i) 600 mm dia pipe

Supplying and stacking laterite stones of size 150-200 mm(contractor's stone) for soling at site

Supplying and stacking of (contractor's material) Murrum at site, having P.I. Value not more than 6.
