Supply and fixing glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450mm X 350mm X 7mm/ 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) slab work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Moulding to Granite (single or double) slab including rounding off edges for 20mm thick slabs including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut & polished Kota stone slab as in cill of window single piece over lap 20mm-25mm thick laid over screed base, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills including 20mm thck screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floor. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for cement concete (unreinforced) and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course below floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Machine pressed precast Concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning/ filling under paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, cement concrete in kerbs type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm rounded or chamfered on edges graded stone aggregate) having rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate shall be deemed to be included for cutting holes/ demolition of PCC blocks for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces in cement mortar 1:3.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site. Note:- Rate shall be deemed to be include for cutting holes/ demolition of PCC blocks for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing in same opening shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top & bottom rails. Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frames for doors size 125mm X 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frames for doors size 105mm X 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) filling in pressed steel hollow door section complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of black bituminus paint on surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (any number of Panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces,. The size of rail and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed & skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to recive gauge (without sash bars) edgs of framing plain, chamfered, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Sec-8 Clause 8.20 (a) without sash bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staples or with second class hard wood beadings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of coloured aluminium anodized sliding window of 3 track, frame of section 92mm X 32mm X 1.47mm or appropriate equivalent section and shutters of section 18mm X 40mm X 1.35mm or appropriate equivalent section, aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/m, fixed with 5mm thick tinted glass with rubber gasket, handles, locking arrangement and stainless steel wire mesh, aluminium powder coated any colour (powder coating not less than 50 micron) including making good jambs, cills complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in coloured aluminium anodised fixed louvered ventilator, frame of section 63.5mm X 38.1mm X 1.01mm or appropriate equivalent section, aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/ m with 4mm thick figured/ frosted sheet glass with rubber gasket (powder coating not less than 50 micron), stainless steel wire mesh, handles, locking arrangement including making good jambs, cills complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed 100mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster including necessary all scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound 3% of cement, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applaying two coat of oil bound distemper and 3mm putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and loabour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surfaces by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness and applying one coat of exterior primer and two coats of Exterior Weather Coat Emulsion Paint of white or tinted shade as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed and specified. Material and labour for cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of sunken slab using wire brushing followed by sanding with emery paper for loose materials/ dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/ mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/ final coat) including curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete including applying evenly one coat of blown bitumen @ 1.5kg/ sqm over entire treated surfaces including spout holes complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Material and labour for filling PCC type E2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregare) as in sunken floor after applying appropriate treatment to side walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3% of cement in bottom of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of all loose/ unsound/ bad/ damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/ beams/ walls/ chajja by using chesel/ hammar. Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires without damaging the sound reinforcement. clean loose rust from bars manually with brush. fixing new supplimentary bars if required, either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/ micro concrete as required thickness over one coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down all existing roof treatment and demolition of cement concrete padding/ levelling course including wire brushing and cleaning loose dust from surfaces of RCC roof including flashing and junction of parapet complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling course including finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 3% of cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

Material and labour for applying roof treatment on top of roof with Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 75mm butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type C21 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of extruded aluminium alloy handles 100mm long, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium anodised 75mm hasp and staple, safety type with hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down old/ unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/ TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium sub main wiring of any size from surface/ concealed/ existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M (Army) Jamnagar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing energy meter from site and deposit to MES store yard AGE E/M (Army) Jamnagar and refixing the same meter after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item Number 107.00 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5 Amps/ 15 Amps switch socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLS, PVC wire as earth continuity conductor alongwith wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.
