APPENDIX-1( Dismantling Hoist mechanism)

Dismantling the hoisting bridge & Chain hoisting units 20T capacity from the hoisting bridge, conveying and stacking ( where there is no road access to the point ) at a convenient place as per the direction of departmental officer at site including cost of all labour, machinery, lead and lift and all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete.

2 Appendix-2 (Dismantling existing shutter)

Taking out the damaged shutter from the groove and stacking at a convenient place (where there is no road access to the point ) including cost of all machinery, labour all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete as per direction of departmental officer at site.

3 Appendix-3 (Embedded parts)

Supply of MS plates confirming to IS 2062GrB including cost of conveyance charges.Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Supply of MS round bar including cost of conveyance charges. Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Supply of MS Tees, Angles, Joists, ISMB, ISMC confirming to IS2062GrA/B including cost of conveyance charges. Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Fabrication, erection and commissioning of Structural steel Embedded parts in IS 2062 Grade and accessories as per approved specifications, drawings and directions of deptl officer at siteincluding cost of labour , machinery , incidental and handling charges etc complete but excluding cost of material already supplied.

Fabrication, Supply, erection and assembling in correct position and alignment by welding SS Embedded parts in 304L Grade like roller track, seal track,Seal seat etc as per approved specifications, drawings and directions of deptl officer at site including cost of all materials,labour,welding,shearing, grinding etc,lead and lift, conveyance, incidental and handling etc complete.

APPENDIX-4 (Shutter)

Supply of MS plates confirming to IS 2062GrB including cost of conveyance charges. Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Supply of MS flats including cost of conveyance charges. Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Supply of MS Tees, Angles, Joists, ISMB, ISMC confirming to IS2062GrA/B including cost of conveyance charges. Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Patchwork to the existing dismantled structural steel wheel gate and accessories as per approved specifications and directions of deptl officer at site including cost of labour, machinery, all leads and lifts, incidental and handling charges etc complete but excluding cost of material already supplied.

Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS 14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site.

Supplying and fixing cast steel thrust roller assembly having 300mm Dia, 90mm tread width, SS(304) shaft and 22316 E self aligning spherical roller bearing and accessories as per approved specifications and drawings including cost of all materials, machineries, labour , all lift and lead, incidental and conveyance charges etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in correct position with specified initial interface the flat type rubber seal confirming to IS 11855 to the gates including cost of SS bolts and nut all labour and machinery and incidental and conveyance charges complete as per approved specification and drawing.

Supplying and fixing in correct position with specified initial interface L-type / bulb nose rubber seal confirming to IS 11855 to the gates including cost of SS bolts and nuts and all labour and machinery and incidental and conveyance charges complete as per approved specifications and drawings.

Erection of the gates safely in the grooves , assembling and aligning including cost of all machinery, labour all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete as per direction of departmental officer at site.

APPENDIX-5 (Hoisting bridge and Mechanism)

Supply of MS Tees, Angles, Joists, ISMB, ISMC confirming to IS2062GrA/B including cost of conveyance charges. Make: TATA, VIZAG, SAIL,JSW or eq.

Supply of MS checquered plates including cost of conveyance charges.

Fabrication and supply of Hoisting bridge unit in structural steel confirming to IS2062Gr including ladder, covers for hoisting unit etc as per approved specifications, drawings and directions of deptl officer at site including cost of labour, machinery, incidental and handling charges for fixing handrails and allied works etc complete but excluding material already supplied and weight of pipes for hand rails etc.

Painting all the exposed areas of Hoisting supporting structure, hand rails, ladder andcovers of mechanism with 2 coats of Aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide zinchromate primer after handand power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site.

Erection of the hoisting bridge & hoist units ( where there is no road access to the point ) at a convenient place as per the direction of departmental officer at site including cost of all labour, machinery, lead and lift and all incidental and conveyance charges etc complete.

APPENDIX-6 Supply and fixing of Electrical Accessories

Supply and installation of individual switch board of sizes 600x250x350mm appxly. with 1.5 mm thk. SS sheet consist of Reverse forward switch, DOL starter, MCB wiring cable(3 core 6mm copper),cable clamp,female insulated industrial 3 pin ,16A,220-250V -3 phase plug to distribute power supply from Generator set to each shutters,fasteners etc and installing all electrical accessories including cost of all materials, labour and conveyance.

Reconditioning the existing Motor by disassembling the parts, replacing bearings, cleaning properly and varnishing as per the directions of deptl officer at site including cost of material, labour, machinery, incidental and handling charges etc complete.

supplying and stacking Electric Motor-3Phase, 5HP-920rpm,foot mounted, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor as per specification and statutory requirements including cost of all material, conveyance, labour etc. complete.

APPENDIX-7(Supply of Diesel Generator Set)

Supplying 25 kVA, 20 KW, 380-440V, 50Hz Diesel Generator set with trolley engine wit direct injection, water cooled, 3 Cylinder 4 stroke rated at 1500 rpm conforming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 along with 6 sqmm 4 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable 200m with aluminium conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for Insulated Industrial 3 pin socket 16 Amp 220-250V weather proof IP442P+E cost of all material, labour, transportation etc. complete. Make: Generator shall be of KEL make.

APPENDIX-8 Supply of hoist chain & overhauling hoisting mechanism and conducting trial run

Supply of Hoist chain no. 160 B-16 (2" pitch single strand) including cost of material, conveyance charges etc. complete.

Overhauling of hoist mechanism including replacement of single strand Sprocket, plummer blocks, electro-magnetic thruster brake assy.,Oil seals,gaskets and cleaning, greasing of all the moving parts, including cost of all material, labor,hire charges etc. complete.

Conveying and fixing main hoist chain already supplied to the gates and Hoisting unit safely and conducting Trial run.

APPENDIX-9 Earthing work to electrical accessories

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, andproviding masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required 4.00 mm copper conductor ( 8 SWG).

Supply and clamping the following size of strips on surface of wall/ parapet/ existing cable tray using clamps fabricated from 20 X 3 mm GI flat duly painted or heavy duty GI spacer saddles spacing of clamps not exceeding 1 m, making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required ( for horizontal run) 25 x 6 mm copper strip.

Supply and laying of the following sizes of B class GI pipe laid 0.6 m below ground level including excavating trench of suitable size and refilling etc, as required.32 mm dia G.I pipe ( medium class)

Supplying and providing the following sizes of bolt and nut with washers on the existing MS box, earth, bus, earthing system etc.as required including drilling necessary holes as required-25x6mm brass bolt and nut.

Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.
