The bidder should have experience of providing minimum 01 car on hire basis for minimum one year to Government of Karnataka/Government of India/ PSUs/Government Local Bodies, Boards and Government Autonomous Institutions etc. during preceding three financial years i.e. current year and three previous financial years as on technical bid opening date as per KPP portal. work done or satisfactory performance certificate should be attached

The annual financial turnover of the bidder, should be at least Rs. 4.20 Lakhs in any two years during the last five years, ending on 31st March of the previous financial year. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be uploaded with the bid

Firm registration certificates or Proprietorship certificate or Aadhar card if the bidder is Individual

Valid Vehicle Registration certification If in case bidder does not have own vehicle then bidder must have made lease agreement with vehicle owner for entire contract period and same should be Submitted in bid

Bidder should submit Vehicles valid comprehensive Insurance Certificate

Bidder should submit Valid Vehicle Emission pass test certificate

Bidder should submit Drivers valid Driving License for Yellow board
