S&F in renewal of Butterfly valve, 100 mm dia bore, heavy duty with CI body, liver operated IS-13095 marked including jointing materials i.e rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of 3 phase contactor of suitable size and as per site requirment for pump motor of any capacities starters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of existing single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber gaskets for flanged joint superior quality for 100 mm dia flanges pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully the AC electric motors of capacity upto 12.5 HP induction type, three phase, from the foundation, cutting down and removing the old burnt winding wire from the motor unit, rewinding the same with new super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size/gauge of wire, providing necessary insulation by varnishing and drying the same upto specific temperature of heat, replacing insulation paper sleeves with connecting insulating material, tapping and providing necessary connection to the motors assembly reinstalling, commissioning and testing the pumping set upto good working performance complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for metal filling, welding, turning cutting, preparing the centrifugal pump/jockey pump shaft upto standard size including hardening smoothing etc and bearing housings NDE and DE side, including checking & servicing of impeller and making pump fully functional for 440 volt 3 phase 50 Hz 35 M head 54 cubmetre per hr discharge complete on lath machine as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in renewal of Hose reel drum for upto length 36 m, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting MS pipe 100 mm dia, hose reel drum & metallic accessories with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (color as per IS norms of fire fighting color code) over a coat of Zinc chromate pirmer complete al as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of T&P required for painting fire structure shall be included in the rate quoted.

M & L for welding, cleaning and any other minor repair required for smooth functioning of Air Cushioin Tank/Air vessel upto 400 mm dia & upto 1500 mm high with dished top, made of minimum 6 mm thick MS Pipe/Plate complete including replacement (if required) of stop valve, pressure gauge and all accessories as per existing arrangement required including mounting bracket complete all as specified and as directed. `

Attending complaints to pump & motors by qualified mechanic to check and test DOL/star-delta starter connections including settings of relay and timer, NO & NC contacts, main power connections, fixing of cable joints,fixing gland packing of approprate size to the pump motors, rectifying pump leakages alongwith pipe line leakges then welding, filling the leakage/gap including replacing flange, rubber packing and nut bolts of existing size and cleaning of pump motors to confirm the satisfactory running with replacement of following items. The cost of minor spares such as lugs of all size, wires, nut, bolts, washer, Flanges, rubber packing, gland packing, cable joints etc are included in quoted rate by contractor. Note:- Repair to defects after informing within 24 hours, in case of failure noticed more than 24 hrs recovery shall be effected @ Rs.500/- per hour beyond 24 hrs.
