M & L for applying a coat of white wash on old white washed surfaces of wall including preparation all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plaster surfaces on walls and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plaster surfaces on ceiling and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

M & L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

M & L for cleaning exposed mineral substrate like stone/grit wash/brick/concrete/cement paint and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, vegetable growth etc, with and including suitable chemical emulsion with fine silica, mixed with clean water as per manufacturer's instuction without causing any scratching/damage to the existing surface and allowing it to dry for 24 hours & thereafter applying on prepared surface with two coats of lacker (Argus clearsealer of CHEMISTIK or equivallent) at the rate of 340 ml/two coats per Sq m (Silo Grade) Siloxane and solvent based penetrating sealer conforming to water absorptiion 0.380% ASTM – C642/24 hrs, water repellency 90% as (NCHRP # 244), scale resistance Nil as per ASTMC (672) sealer penetration 0.34 inches over the stone/grit wash/brick/concrete masonry surface etc. complete applied as per manufacturer's recommendations all as directed. Note : i) Grit wash to be cleaned from ground level to the approx height of wall 20 Rm. ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding.

Taking up or down existing GI tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing and making good the disturbed surface for 15 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairss 20mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairss 15 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair PVC water tank cover for PVC water tank capacity not exc 1000 ltr including complete fittings all as directed

Disconnecting existing over head water storage tanks capacity exceeding 250 Ltrs but not exceeding 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning internal surface of tank with the help of bleaching powder etc and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete including embosing date of completion of cleaning by stencil with paint all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer compelet all as specified.

M & L Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer coplete all as specified

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint (snowcem) white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thicknes below or above ground level complete all as specified and as diredcted

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all asspecified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 but n.exc 4sqm each with shutters (W/o taking off shutters from the frame) all asspecified and as directed.

Ditto but n.exc 1.50 Sqm each and ditto.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm and nexc. 2 Sqm each and Ditto

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L half brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
