Crack repairing and Waterproofing work of Hospital building

P/A crack filling and waterproofing works on the external walls of building which include the following steps: 1) Erecting Scaffolding / use gondola/ spider jhula for covering the entire height of the building as instructed by CNCI representative / EIC. 2) Cleaning the surface with air jet/ water pressure to remove all dust /dirt and remove the peeled off paint layer to make the surface intact. 3) Identify the cracks developed on the walls, widen the major cracks (more than 1mm thick) by cutting in V shape using angle grinder and filling them with polymer based crack filling material of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/Equivalent as per manufacturer specifications. 4) Spraying using pressure pump Zycosil+ Zycoprime+ Water solution mixed in the ratio 1:2:17 over the surface in required number of coats till saturation as per manufacturer specification /equivalent product as per manufacturer specifications. 5) The contractor has to observe the effectiveness of the work during the course of monsoon and carry out necessary rectification works if seepages are observed from the treated walls. 6) The rate quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, rent for scaffolding/jhulla, pressure pump etc and contractor profit and overheads
