The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable earthing and M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia with GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade connected upto DBs by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper, galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as specified and as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I

Supply and fix PVC exhaust fan complete with luvours and accessories 230 V 50 Hz, 250 mm sweep, 1400 RPM including cutting of wall for fixing of exhaust fan as required size and making good the disturbed wall to existing all as specified and directed.
