HEAD BOARD Removing decayed head board from its existing position and replace the same with new head board of overall size 900 x 610mm, frame made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak) batten 75mm x 22mm thick with soft wood (chair batten 03 Nos board), 4mm thick one side teak face BWR grade, type BB Ply wood (three Nos of ply) and other side commercial to be provided on both sides of the head board covering the soft wood batten, 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading shall be provided to join the ply wood and Hollock wood frame all as Shown on drawing.

FOOT BOARD Removing decayed foot board from its existing position and replace the same with new foot board of overall size 900mm long and 300mm height, frame made out from well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak) batten 75mm x 22mm thick with soft wood (chair batten 03 Nos board), 4mm thick one side teak face BWR grade, type BB Ply wood (three Nos of ply) and other side commercial to be provided on both sides of the foot board covering the soft wood batten, 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading shall be provided to join the ply wood and Hollock wood frame all as Shown on drawing.

LONG RAIL Removing of each decayed long rail from its existing position and replace the same with new well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak) long rail of size 95mmx35mmx1980mm long rounded one edges or face made out from well seasoned wood all as shown on drawing.

SHORT RAIL Removing of each decayed short rail from its existing position and replace the same with new well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak) short rail of size 95mmx35mmx900mm short rounded one edges or face made out from well seasoned wood all as shown on drawing.

MS FLAT IRON STIFFENER Removing old MS stiffener from hard bed and replace the same with MS flat iron of size 35mm x5mmx150mm, bent at right angle at four corner all as shown on drawing.

TOP Removing decayed/wornout ply wood top from its existing position and replace the same with new plywood top made out from 12mm thick plywood (seven Nos of ply), BWR grade, type BB fixed to wooden rails with screws all as shown on drawing.

Removing decayed each side of side board from its existing position and replace the same with 18mm thick veneered particle board (exterior grade), grade-I quality with one face teak veneer all as shown on drawing.

HANDLES S&F for new handle made out from mild steel over chromium plated of size 150mm size and weight of each handle should not be less than 185gm of existing pattern after removing of old unserviceable / broken handle from its existing position of almirah large steel with shelves and almirah medium steel with shelves and replace same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

LOCKS S&F for new brass, six lever (Make : Godrej) lock with steel CP duplicate keys, weight of each lock should not be less than 260gm after removing of old unserviceable lock from its existing position of almirah large steel with shelves and almirah medium steel with shelves and replace same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.
