Demolition of Brickwork built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with Fly Ash brick straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 2 above but except brick etc complete all as pecified and directed by the Engineer - in- Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates louvres and jallies set in CM (1:4), 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embanded in cement concrete , brick work etc including taking out embedded portion and making good cement concrete, brdisturbed ground etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cu m, getting 0ut,returning,filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and similar work conforming Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolation of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above G.L) all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC(Nominal Mix) in type-B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and ass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC(Nominal Mix) in type-B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for formwork to flat rough finished surfaces of concrete sides of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to flat rough finished surfaces of concrete sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10MM dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, below or above Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apronsm paved laid dry or laid dry and pointed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 60 mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25 above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for laying silver sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Parking tiles of size 400 X 400 X 10 mm thick endura series set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match complete over and including screed bed in CM (1:6) in all respect etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm,deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone boulders to fill dipressions/pot holes and bring to proper level and gradient etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in cover slab, RCC cover and like etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing for 8 mm dia and over TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Providing plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair WPC louvers wall panneling (profile sheet) width varies from 10mm to 17mm and width varies from 150mm to 300mm inclusive of necessary fittings, fixtures, grids and capping/fillets reuired at site as per manufacture specifications etc complete all as spefied & directed etc complete all as specified and directed. Make-Rajshree or equivalent. Note: The size, pattern and colour of WPC louvers panneling shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Granite slab (of any type) 16 to 18 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms over 15 screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade etc complete all as specified . Note: The texture and colour of granite slab shall be approved by GE

Dismantling of plain or corrugated aesbestos sheet any gauge, thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of Alloy 31000 H4 as in ridges, Valley gutter, drip and straight to flashing (length and, fixed girth as fixed) with self tapping screws as specified

S&F steel Steel work of MS Square/round pipe or angles, Tee etc as in purlin, rafter, post and trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specfied and directed by Engr- In - Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall/ ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD land including necessary working platform complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth (without using extra cement)etc including necessary working platform complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation on new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade weather coat paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior grade weather coat paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparating of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chromic complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation on old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete ( size 300mm x 450mm x 100mm) in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparation on new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade weather coat paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
