STEEL WORK

FLOORING

Supply of acrylic surface (8 layer) with total thickness of 2.40 to 2.90mm depending on the base condition approved by ITF consisting of a primer coat (if required), filling of cracks, pores and leveling surface with suitable acrylic resurfacer/pore filler, multiple layers of cushion system for shock absorption, two layers of acrylic colour layer with game line markings to differentiate between playing area and non playing area. The rate includes all taxes, duties, levies, excise duty and other charges. Design, supply of material, installation, testing and commissioning of synthetic acrylic surface for courts including laying of sythetic surface over the base with all ancillary works, all according to the methodology, drawings and specifications, including line markings as per standards etc all complete.

Providing & laying vacuum dewatered flooring using M20 grade reinforced cement concrete, 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including vibrating concrete by using screed vibrator and vacuum dewatering using approved make equipment and finishing the top surface to required level and grade using power trowels of standard make. Rate to include for Surface Hardener 400ml per 50kg bag of cement, covering the finished concrete surface and curing. (Payment for steel and shuttering will be paid separately)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

WATER SUPPLY

Providing and fixing Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes of specified pressure rating for domestic water supply, conforming to IS:4985 including all UPVC plain & brass threaded fittings(as per IS:7834/IS:10124). This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with solvent cement, testing of joints, trenching, refilling, complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work
