QUALITY EDUCATION
Remedial classes - for primary classes - Year - I No of remedial classes 11 ; Year - II 12 nos. Total 22 nos. Providing trained local resource persons - Skhisha Mitra for each Remedial class for both years. *Includes white wash in two rooms of 15x15 feet room dimension. Course material wall paintings 192 sq.feet in each remedial centre. Details : 4 feet x 4 feet = 16 sq. for each painting on wall. Such toal 12 nos. of paintaings on the walls. * White wash and wall painting for Year - I only.
Support of guest teachers to Govt. schools : Year - I 7 nos. of guest teachers ; Year - II 8 nos of guest teachers will be provied based on request from Principal/Institution head. Total 15 nos. of teachers to be provided in two years.
Balmela - cultural activity & Arts for Student - One day event at cluster level in Govt. schools . Anuually 3 nos . Organizing Bal mela during November - December month promoting local cultural activities among students , track and field events at cluster level involving Govt. school students and teachers . The scope also includes hygenic and fresh snacks/food , stationary . Year - I 2 nos ; Year - II 3 nos.
Motivational Activities - 1 Activity per year : In Govt. school students : Please refer SOW
Support for sports activities to Govt.School for Annual Sports day : Once in a year . A formal written request letter from Principal/ Head of the institution will be the base for providing support to sports activities in the school.
Mobility of Coordinator - round the year : 3 staff memebrs mobility thorugh two wheeler is considered for round the year for both years in 12 km. working radius from JPL plant. For both year total 6 nos.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Formation of Self Help Groups - SHGs : New SHGs to be formed . Year - I 5 nos. ; Year - II 15 new SHGs. Total 20 new SHGs in two years.
Support to SHG for their income enhancement by providing RF (Revolving fund) based on grading : Year - I 10 nos of SHGs ; Year - II 12 SHGs. Total 22 nos of SHGs in two years
Vegetable Cultivation as IGA- SHG Member Demonstration plot : Year - I 9 nos. ; Year - II 12 nos. of of demo plots. Total 21 plots in two years.
Group motivator - round the year : Group motivator . The group motivator provides field level support for facilitating SHG meeting in their respective cluster, motivation and linkage work for the SHGs . Monthly data collection and compilation work. Year - I no. of group motivators 4 nos ; Year - II 5 nos. Total 9 nos. for two years. The SHG motivator will be local trained person looking after approximate 15 nos. of SHGs in a cluster.
PRIMARY HEALTH CARE
Weekly Dispensary - Monthly 20 nos. 5 dispensaries in 5 villages on weekly basis in 10 km radius from the JPL plant . Arranging good quality generic medicines in consultation with NTPC-JPL doctor and AC vehicle for doctor for 5 days in a week basis. Keeping stock of generic medicines, providing village specific support worker at different village. Collection and compilation of weekly dispensary data on monthly basis. These services will be provided by NTPC-JPL's existing doctors in the filed (Cost of doctor is borne by NTPC-JPL directly.)
Health Camp : 2 specialized health camps in a year : Specialized health camps will be organized based on data collection and its interpretation from weekly dispensary. The scope involves arrangement of specialist doctor, vehicle from Jabalpur or Seoni for one day camp. Further food arrangements along with medicines and doctors fees will be in your scope. Year - I 2 nos of specialized health camps, Year - II 3 nos. of specialized health camps.
Awareness on Adolescent girls on Health issues : 2 nos of session per year : Scope includes arraging female resource person , IEC material , Vehicle arrangements , snacks, stationary etc, Coordination with Govt. schools for such sessions. Year - I 3 nos of session , Year - II 5 nos . Total 8 nos of sessions in Govt. schools/SHG plateform
CAPACITY BUILDING
Shg Training on various relevant issues : 20 Nos of trainings per year . It includes arrangement of in house and or external resource person , IEC material , stationary , sncaks ,suitable venue in the field : Year - I 22 nos of trainings ; Year - II 18 nos. of trainings . Total 42 nos. of SHG trainings.
Vegetable cultivation package of practices to SHG members : The scope incluedes : Arrangement of experienced resouce person, good quality seeds, Technical know how,multilayer farmimg /Organic pesticide , Pesticides/Beejamit , Organic fertilizer with spatial variation and use of other important techniques. Assuming 30 participants in each training. Year - I 4 nos. of training ; Year - II 5 nos of training. Total 9 nos. of training in two years.
Follow up orientation of beneficiaries involved in Income Generation Activity - IGA. : The purpose of follow up trainings is to trace and monitoring the advantages of main trainings imparted to the participants previously. The follow up trainings will be done for mid way review and corrective actions , if any. The scope incudes : An independent assessment through experienced resouce person/s . Assuming 30 participants in a batch. Year - I 3 nos of training ; Year - II 5 nos. of trainings . Total 8 nos of training in two years.
Exposure visit of community : it includes identification of place according to activity in consultation with Head-CSR of NTPC-JPL and organizing complete exposure visit. Resouce person, IEC material, stationary, Hiring AC vehicle, hygenic and safe snaks,food , stay for participants. Travel insurance mandatory for all participants. Vehicle must be with a valid taxi permit with all relavant valid documents (Valid driving license of driver, valid fitness of vehicle, valid RC of the vehicle , Valid insurance of the vehicle etc. The vehicle must be in good working condition and should not be older than 3 years at the time of usage (supported by RC). Tour limit considering approximate 275 km. one side from NTPC-JPL plant. Year - I 2 nos. of visit ; Year - II 2 nos of visit. Total 4 visits in two years.
Staff Capacity Building Trainning : Capacity building of staff on relevant community developemental issues and topics, scaling up of their working knoweldge of their domain for better planning , optimization of resouces , efficient working in the field and better results. Orientation to innovations in the field of developement verticals and community developement. Developing analytical skills for better mangement of CSR activities on continual basis. Trainings may be in form of an exposure class room trainings and visit to succesful work sites of othr locations. Year - I 2 nos. of trainings ; Year - II 2 nos. of trainings . Total 4 trainings in two years.
Vehicle hiring for Project Work: Hiring vehicle for CSR works on as and when required basis. Considering approx. 275 kms. one side from NTPC-JPL. Vehicle must be taxi permit. Any from Amaze ,Bolero , Nexon, Zest , Dezire . In special case Innova may be hired depending upon situation subject to fulfilling all below mentioned conditions. The hired vehicle with AC with all relevant valid documents like Valid RC , Valid insurance , valid Fitness, Valid Driving license of the sitting driver. , safe to use and in good working condition including good conditions of tyres . The said vehicle should not be older than 3 years at the time of usage (Supported by RC). Year - I 20 nos ; Year - II 24 nos of hiring. Total 44 nos of hiring in two years.
Coordination , Laisoning with representatives from local Gram Panchayats , Govt. line departments , stake holders by meetings, visits, awareness programmes of capacity building. Scope : involving , keep informing above mentioned for company's CSR works in effective manner, coordination and liason for evalauation and audit of CSR activities on annual basis . Year - I 2 nos ; Year - II 2 nos. Total 4 nos. in two years.
Need based non planned community dev.activities @ 4% of total activity cost per year: Suggested activities . All kind of community development works, Public meetings, addressing local issues, need based rural works etc. This budget head may not be used for any administrative expanses, any office expanses routine in nature.
