Technical Bid

RequiredSupply tanker must have GPS equipment/service, in case it is not possible to provide the GPS equipment by the tanker owner/contractor, the said equipment will be provided by the concern administration and equipment amount will be deducted from monthly bills

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Supply tanker must have GPS equipment/service, in case it is not possible to provide the GPS equipment by the tanker owner/contractor, the said equipment will be provided by the concern administration and equipment amount will be deducted from monthly bills

The supplier should carry out the water quality test at an interval of every 15 days

The supplier should abide by Task force and Municipal Council terms and conditions from time to time

The supplier should submit Rs 10000 deposit in the form of DD in the name of Chief Officer TMC TERDAL

The supplier should maintain the trip sheet and log book strictly every day without fail

The supplier should have Mobile App Based Water Tanker Management System software developed by the government they should be bound to act accordingly

The supplier/contractor should submit GST registration certificate

As per Circular No. Cr GABA CAL CR 12 2023-24 Dated 28-06-2023 of Honorable District Collector, Bagalkote. a) A supplying of drinking potable water through tankers with a capacity of 5000 lit with transportation and area limit is 5 km in the limit of TMC Terdal for each trip b) supplying of drinking potable water through tankers with a capacity of 5000 lit with transportation for distance more than 5 km in the limit of TMC Terdal for each trip

The supplier should maintain tank clean hygiene and well condition

The Supplier should have multiple tankers availability facility to serve various wards as per necessity

The supplier must attach Tanker ownership document/ hire basis documents such as agreement copy

The cost shall be inclusive of hire charges of vehicle, cost of consumables, repairs and replacement, salary of driver and cleaner, insurance, GST and other taxes (The truck tanker shall be exclusively registered as water tanker vehicle with RTO).
