1Patchwork/Repair on Shell, Roof and Bottom Plate Areas of Strong C Phosphoric Acid Storage Tank in PA Plant
-	Repair / Patch work of Weak Acid Storage Tank C: Collection and transportation of MS Plates (Min. 6mm to max. 16mm thick) and required materials from CD stores. Necessary arrangements shall be done and scaffolding at the inside/outside area of the tank shall be arranged as per the instructions from the Engineer in Charge. Patch/ repair/ modification works on the tank shell, roof, and bottom plate shall be done as per the site requirement/inspection reports/instructions from the Engineer in Charge. The damaged MS plates (size min. 6mm to max. 16mm thk.) from the shell area, baffles, roof, bottom plate, etc. shall be removed by cutting/grinding, after the removal of the rubber lining. Shaping/bending, proper edge preparation, and fixing of new plates shall be done with MS plates (size Min. 6mm to max. 16mm thk). Proper full welding at the inside and outside of the joints and grinding of the welded area shall be done to facilitate rubber lining. Bottom plate segments being replaced shall be done with backing strips. Fabrication & replacement of flanges, nozzles, dummies of manholes, etc, if required shall be in the scope of this contract. DP test shall be done on weld joint and defects if any to be rectified. Scaffolding shall be removed after completing the work and inspection. After getting the clearance, the manholes of the tank shall be closed. (Removal of rubber and rubber lining is not in the scope of this contract).	150	M2	-	-
