Design, manufacture supply, installation, testing and commissioning of main LT Panel, cubicle & modular type, made of 2 mm thick sheet steel for frame work and covers, 3mm thick Al. gland plates, totally enclosed, IP 54, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised, including cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process, powder coated, painting, suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415v, 50 Hz AC system with Alluminium busbars extensible on both sides, fabrication shall be done in transportation sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor, cable alloys, cable gland plates in two half, interconnections including supply & installation of following items and as per technical specification: INCOMER: i) MCCB 250 Amp , 50kA ,Four Pole TMD release based with O/C & S/C Protection - Qty. 02 ii) 2 sets Indication Lamps, LED type for R,Y,B and breaker 'ON' , 'OFF', 'TRIP' indications with suitable MCBs for protection. iii) 96 mm sq. Flush pattern Digital Type Ammeter of suitable range Bus Bars : i) Bus Coupler 250 Amp 50kA ,Four Pole TMD release based with O/C & S/C Protection- Qty. 01 with Indicating lamps ii) 1 sets Indication Lamps, LED type for R,Y,B and breaker 'ON' , 'OFF', 'TRIP' indications with suitable MCBs for protection. Accessories for Electrical & Mechanical Interlocking : i) Electrical & mechanical interlocking arrangement as per drawing and specifications among 2 nos. Incomers and 1 no. Supply of following sizes of Aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured, FRLSH at outer sheathed,1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit as required

Wiring for light / power plug with 2x4 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting/LED fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/wall, including connection with 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)
