Material & labour for maintenance of 11KV CT chamber by disconneting all 3 phase cable connections, extended busbars and from VCB Bus and taking out from panel mounted position, testing for proper functioning, body leakage, checking & cleaning / decarbonising of all contact points of CT, epoxy body and Busbars, complete CT chamber using hot blower and CTC solution, applying backtol (Red) solution to the CT body and refixing the same CT to original position, re-connection of all existing cables, extended busbars, testing complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- CT required new shall be measured as supply only].

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of Busbur chamber of each VCB including connecting busbar from CT to Busbar, spout, support insulator, opening of covers, using CTC and clean cloth and hot air blower / vaccum cleanner, checking for any loose contact, tigtening of all nuts & bolts, refixing all covers, replacement of defective bus spout complete all as specified and as directed [Note :- Bus spout required new measured as supply only].

Material & labour for setting of 3 phase over current + earth fault numerical relays by primary injection of current to CTs with suitable equipment for over current & earth fault with high set and low set including checking of all other parameters of relays for proper tripping order after disconection of incoming or out going HT XLPE cable connection from VCB CTs and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminals after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Relay setting shall be made considering corresponding values of upstream and down stream VCB relays and recorded maximum demand of VCB. Any further adjustment of values as many times require shall be carried out within the quoted rate. (b) Recovery shall be made double the quoted rate if VCB fails to trip in indicated fault and if group tripping recorded

Material & labour for maintenence/servicing of PT unit 11 KV / 110V by disconneting and taking out from panel mounted position, checking & cleaning of fixed and moving contact points, cleaning / decarbonising of busbar connections, resin cast PTs using hot blower, CTC solution, applying backtol (Red) solution to the epoxy PT body, tightening of all nuts, bolts, washers, and refixing the same PT to original position, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of vacuum circuit breaker unit of 11 KV VCB panel of capacity 400 Amps to 2500 Amps, taking out from panel, cleaning of all parts with CTC and clean cloth, removal of carbon deposited inside the moving contacts, greasing of all moving parts of the VCB, checking of complete operating mechanism for proper functioning, reporting for any defective parts, complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:- Replacement of defective parts of the VCB shall be measured and paid separately]
