SITC of 3 TR Ductable Split AC unit operating on 400 V, 3Phase 50 Hz AC supply, suitable for R 410A/32 (or similar environment frendly) refrigerant gas with Rotary Compressor, corded remote, Air cooled condenser etc including transportation, fixing the Outdoor unit on the existing Platform / stand with necessary vibration arrestors, fixing the indoor unit on the ceiling /wall, providing interconnection between indoor and outdoor units, electrical connection from power outlet near condenser unit to condenser etc, first charging of Refrigerant gas, making opening in the wall (if required) and making good the damages, leak testing etc complete as per specifications and terms & conditions attached (Make: Panasonic / Universal comfort /Hitachi / LG / Carrier / Daikin / Mitsubishi / Samsung / O-General / Videocon / Blue star / Voltas)

Supplying and laying of refrigerant piping (both liquid and suction lines) in the existing tray for the above 3 TR ductable ST AC unit along with necessary accessories like nitrile rubber insulation, clamping etc as required.

Fabrication and fixing of MS frame made of required size MS angle, MS flats etc for supports for Indoor units, out door unit ladder type trays etc I/c cutting, drilling holes, welding grouting, painting, fixing on wall, roof etc as required .( As directed by Engineer -in-charge)

S/F the following size good quality ISI mark PVC pipe of following size on the surface of wall/on the existing tray, with accessories for protection of Refrigerent lines / drain water connection etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of 4x4 sq.mm PVC insulated/XLPE Armoured copper conductor cable along the surface of wall / in the existing tray etc as required

Supplying and laying of 4x2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated/XLPE Armoured copper conductor cable along the surface of wall / in the existing tray etc as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing Outdoor Weather proof enclosure (IP 65) suitable for 4 P MCB, on surface along with 32 A “C” curve 4P MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Enclosure Legrand Plexo or Similar)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
