The MCCB enclosure is to be fixed in existing pedestal / MS frame with suitable nut-bolts etc. The job includes the cost of all above said material and erection to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, carriage, erection, testing and commissioning with electronic time switch suitable for 3 Phase system comprising of Daily programmable Analog Time Switch timer 3 Mod (1 C/O) with 1 No. 3 phase power contactor MNX 65A - 3P complete in all respect of reputed make. The time switch is to be enclosed in suitable MS box duly powder coated with clear acrylic sheet on the front frame of box complete with locking arrangement and all internal wiring with PVC copper wire of required capacity. The time switch box is to fixed in existing outdoor pedestal with nut-bolts and making connections to street lighting circuit with cost of PVC copper wire of required size. The job is to be completed to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Design and installation at site of work including cariage and erection, testing, commissioning other incidental actions, LED lights and other accessories as detailed belwo for street lighting is Industrial area Kandrori having : 8m high, Single Arm / Double Arm, customised street light pole made in combination of hot dip galvanized mild steel pipe sections Sq.150mm x 3mm thick & Sq.100mm x 2.5mm thick surface mounting type lighting pole. The pole shall consist of two sections, made of square tubes of 150mm with length of 2000mm at the bottom section, Sq.100mm with length of 4500 at the second section with steel of grade YSt 210 and shall be able to withstand the wind speed of 50 m/sec, considered in design as per IS 875 (Part 3) : 1987. The decorative design single arm / double arm bracket shall be made of Sq.100 x 2.5mm thick tube, overhang length of 1200 mm, height 1500mm and tilt of 15°, shall be mounted on to a 90mm square tube in single piece formation with SS fasteners. This single piece assembly should be capable of orientation in any four direction and secured with stainless steel 304 grade allen grub screws. The pole shall be square in shape, made with different distinct sections which shall be welded using special V groove technique with MIG welding process. Flag rods shall be made of Sq. 25mm x 2mm thick tubes of 915mm length on each side, with clamping system. Entire pole & bracket including all the elements shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics. After fabrication entire pole and bracket is hot dip galvanised with 70 microns thickness for the effective corrosion resistance. The pole shall be provided with built-in control box with service door including lock and safety chain. The control gear tray is to be prewired with 4 way connector for loop-in loop-out arrangement and single pole MCB 'C' series 10 kA breaking capacity & connector. The gear tray wiring shall be with 2.5sqmm flexible multi core copper cable. The wiring will be limited to gear tray only. The Pole is to be provided with a surface mounting base plate of size 300 x 300 x 16 mm, (steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011) and welded at the bottom of the pole with supporting gussets. The mounting plate shall be provided with elongated holes (48 x 24) for alignment of the pole to suit M20 x 500mm Bolts at CC 215. The decorative ornamental base cover made of GDC aluminium, mounted on to the base pole with SS fasteners. The Pole is to be coated with an epoxy zinc phosphate primer 40 microns thick and finished with polyurethane base paint for a long lasting finish with 40 microns coat in required single colour. Hot dip GI foundation bolts and nuts (Grade 4.6 to IS 1367) are to be supplied with the poles. Integrated LED Luminaire The bracket shall have integrated LED luminaire 2x60W for single arm and 2x60W on each side for double Arm IP 68 High lumen efficacy LEDs suitable for the application and shall have the following features : 1. Optics of LED Luminaire shall be Type II for street light.

D General Parameters The body of Fitting shall be MS Pipe Galvanised, IP 68 for LED Module with lmpact code IK 08 having polycorbonate glass cover and depreciation life duly supported with relevant LM79-80 reports from NABL I UL accredited laboratory. The fitting should have a low/ high voltage, miswiring, overload and short-circuit protection in built in the fixture itself In Built Surge. The firm shall have to submit a warranty certificate of the unit to the department with 5 years replacement warranty. The replaced unit should confirm to the minimum technical specifications of original unit supplied. Technical certificate by manufacturer that fitting supplied to the department are as per the specification duly signed by the manufacturer Local Area Manager/ Branch Manager is to be submitted. The sample of fitting shall be got tested by the contractor in the presence of/ Engineer/ representative of the department from some NABL I UL accredited lab and the expenditure for that shall be borne by the firm.

LED Driver technical description & Parameters 1. Input voltage range within 100 to 277Vac. 2. Driver shall withstand 10 KV surge protection 3. Power factor shall be more than 0.95 4. THD shall be less than 15% 5. Load regulation should be less than 3% 6. Full load efficiency shall be >= 90% 7. The LED driver shall be minimum IP 67 rating. The test report from LED driver manufacturer shall be submitted at the time of bid submission 8. IP 68 Connectors shall be used for connections between LED module and driver.

Conditions of LED & Street Light pole manufacturer. The manufacturer should have be ISO certified 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 company/ Firm and a complete in-house facility for design & manufacture of decorative LED street lighting poles, and should have documentary evidence for proof of experience of supply of decorative LED street lighting poles in a single job not less than value of this tender or two jobs of half the value of this tender in the last 3 years. The pole should be as per the drawing of this department. Also, the tenderer has to submit a working sample of the pole within maximum of 4 weeks of allotment of tender for final approval of engineer-in-charge, failing which the allotment of the tender shall be subject to cancellation by the engineer-in-charge. The firm shall have to submitted the report of lux level to be achieved at site and has to got it verified to the engineer-in-charge of department after commissioning of street light. The lux level should be minimum 26 lux.

The job also includes cost of erection of pole foundation with cost of 4 Nos. bolts of M 20 steel of length 500mm and base plate of size 400x300mm and 16mm thick with distance between bolt of 300x200 mm centre to centre embedded in RCC (1:2:4) of size 1200 mm deep below ground level 150 mm above ground. Under RCC (1:2:4) a coarse sand bed of 150 mm high and 600mm x 600mm (L&B) in to be laid. The RCC (1:2:4) should be 500mmx500mm (L&B) with total height of (1200x150) 1350 mm with steel reinforcements. The job also includes cost of PVC pipe/DWC 50 mm for cable entry with loop in / loop out arrangement. The job includes cost of all above said material & labour required and digging pit etc.

HIGH MAST 12.5M High Desing & installation at site of work including cariage and erection testing, commissioning, incidental actions LED light & other accessories as detaild below for street lighting in Industrial area Kandrori having 12.5 Meter Lowering & Raising 12 sided Polygonal Structure High Mast lighting system having Top diameter minimum 150 mm & Bottom minimum 360 mm considering Wind velocity 180Km/Hour as per IS 875 part 3, 1987. Mast shaft shall be in Two sections, minimum sheet thickness of Bottom Section 3mm & Top Section 3mm single hot dip galvanized internally & Externally as per IS 2629 and ISO 1461. It shall also include accessories for high mast, steel wire rope 6mm, SS 316 Grade / 7/19 construction & self lubricating internal power tool double drum winch duly pre greased , Electric Motor, lantern carriage, Galvanized rigid head frame & trailing Cable shall be 5c 4 sqmm copper Round PVC nsulated & PVC sheathed G.I single Spike Lightening Arrestor etc. The shaft material construction shall be as per IS 2062, BS EN 10025 Yield Point 355N/m. The Mast shall be of minimum two wire ropes suspension system without any intermediate joints. Suitable to use with 9/12 numbers LED Floodlight. The job includes the cost of Foundation Nuts & Bolts 360X150 3/3 Plate Thickness minimum 445 PCD Foundation Bolts M24/750X4. The job also includes the cost of Control panel of High Mast including motor control circuit as required. The drawing and design of high mast shall has to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge and the testing of high mast shall be done by the Engineer-in-charge before its installation. The firm will have to supply all the test certificates of the high mast to the department and no extra payment shall be made by the department for testing and certificates.

Design & casting of foundation with M20 cement Concrete & steel reinforcement suitable for installation of 12.5 Mtr high mast. The complete foundation design & calculations duly certified by the structural engineer shall be submitted by the firm before laying the foundations for approval of the Deptt. The foundation structure design should be of the manufacturer of high mast keeping in view the wind pressure and soil capacity of the area where the high mast is to be installed. The actual load bearing capacity shall be tested by the firm at its own cost. However the rate & design for the foundation for load bearing capacity should be 10 TON per sqm.

Supply, carriage & erection of Single Dome LED Avaition Obstruction Light Single dome integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure to be installed on existing High Mast Pole of height 12.5 / 16 Mtr. approx. including cost of suitable mounting arrangement and making necessary connections, testing and commissioning etc. to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The LED aviation light should be of IP-65 and should be as per its relevant IS specifications.

Supply, carriage and erection of 180W LED Floodlight Luminaire made up of die cast aluminium housing with cover IP66 having efficacy better than 110 lumens per watt. The Fixture supplied with Electronic high efficiecy driver having Power factor >0.9, THD <10% , Surge Protection min 6KV. The Company logo must be embossed on the body of fixtures. The Luminaire shall comply all relevant national and international standards with Type tested from NABL accredited Lab to ascertain minimum technical specifications containing in LM 79 & LM 80 reports. The firm shall has to submit the LM 79 and LM 80 report. The sample of fitting shall be got tested from some NABL I UL accredited lab and the expenditure for that shall be borne by the firm.
