Providing and Supplying of "Single Cot Bed" (Without Storage & matress, Fully Wooden Appearance (Plywood construction with concealed metal supports): Providing and fixing a Single Cot Bed of overall size 2060 × 1130 × 900/450 mm as per the approved contemporary design, consisting of head board of height 900 mm and foot board of height 450 mm, made out of 19 mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood conforming to IS 710-2010, BWP/AA Marine Grade, Premium quality from suggested brands with core veneers bonded using phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive manufactured under hot press conditions. Thickness of Head & Foot boards and main loading members (longitudinal) shall be multiples of 19 mm thick plywood, as per design (3 or 4 layers). The bed platform shall be supported on internal longitudinal runners of 40 × 20 × 1.2 mm MS rectangular tube (2 nos) and transverse MS tubular cross members 25 × 25 × 1.2 mm at ≤ 300 mm c/c, welded/bolted to the longitudinal runners ensuring no sagging or vibration during usage. The frame shall be fully concealed within the plywood carcass so the finished visible surfaces appear as solid plywood. The plywood bed base shall be 12 mm BWP plywood (IS 710-2010) fixed to the underlying steel frame with 5 × 50 mm SS screws at 150 mm spacing as approved by Engineer-in-charge. All exposed faces shall be of 18 mm BWP plywood. All exposed board edges shall be finished with matching 6.00 mm thick approved TW beading and ploished with suitable wood polish (melamine polish) using Fevicol contact/hot melt edging adhesive, maintaining full sealing and smooth ergonomic finish. The bed legs/base contact points shall rest on 4 nos of Rubber/PVC shoes (suggested/ approved make) providing 10 mm clearance from finished floor to avoid moisture contact, noise, or sliding. All the exposed wooden surfaces shall be laminatd with 1 mm thk premium quality laminate (Sun mica/approved) & 0.8 mm laminate for inner surfaces of approved shade and finish and edges to be finished in matching 6 mm thick TW Beading. The rate shall be inclusive of all necessary materials, cutting, metal supports, hardware fittings, assembly, surface finish, and fixing at site complete in all respects as per the approved drawing/model. Load Capacity: Suitable for 150 kg minimum uniformly distributed load.

Providing and fixing a contemporary ergonomic Study Table of overall size 1200 mm (W) × 600 mm (D) × 750 mm (H), comprising of three drawers unit + open access bookshelf/shelf below tabletop, made with 18 mm thick MDF-Grade-I board / commercial plywood conforming to IS 12406 / IS 303 respectively (Engineered Wood category - Particle board shall not be used), minimum density ≥ 900 kg/m³ for MDF-Gr.-I, MOR ≥ 30 N/mm², MOE ≥ 3000 N/mm², screw holding strength ≥ 1000 N (face) & ≥ 800 N (edge). Wood screws 4×40 mm for accessories and framing. Telescopic drawer sliders SS steel – 3 pairs. Keyboard channels – 1 pair. Rubber shoes 4 nos at base to prevent sliding/noise. All hardware shall be zinc/nickel coated anti-corrosive. The item includes cost of all materials, cutting, finishing, 1.0 mm thick melamine lamination to all exposed surfaces of wood, edge banding (2.0 mm PVC on exposed edges), drawer sliders, keyboard tray sliders, cable port, SS handles, adhesive, hardware, assembly, transportation, and fixing at site complete in all respects as per the approved drawing/model.
