Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC pipe or reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 75mm /100 mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out from walls,floors or from trenches, if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 Litres and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.
