Supply and fix Steel tubler swaged poles complete with base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and light fittings,with two holes for drawing conductor between pole box to street light fitting all as specified type 410 SP-55 of height 11 M including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer including Zebra marking with synthetic enamel paint and applying black bituminious paint to the buried surfaces in ground includind taking down old unsv. pole. NOTE: Earth work,PCC will be measured and paid separtely under relevent item of this Schedule.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of street light pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work and white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable junction box IP-66/67 weather proof for outdoor installation with metric knockouts for cable entry suitable for cable size 10-16 sqmm having min dimension 155 x 210 x 92 mm including four terminals with single pole MBC 20 Amps mounted on the rail, fixing on steel tubular poles including necessary clamps, suitable double compression cable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts, includind taking down unsv box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Hot dip Galvanized Octagonal street light Poles of 7 meter long, Top dia 70mm , bottom dia 130mm and sheet thickness 3mm ,Base Plate 200x200x12 mm including top bracket arm of min 1m length for light fitting complete with base frame plate, four nos M20x600 'J' type foundation bolt, nut and washers, top etc., BSEN 10025-S355J0 or equivalent grade steel and base plate as per IS 2062, maximum wind speed resistance 169KM/Hr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.NOTE: Earth work,PCC will be measured and paid separtely under relevent item of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing minimum 12 watt, 230 V AC LED bollard light fitting of Sturdy IP 65 LED Bollard with excellent/glare free soft light output through its PMMA window ensuring maximum illumination(efficiency>110 lm/w) aspect in surrounding with aluminium die cast material for fixture along with anti-ageing spray treatment on housing for longer life, min height 800mm including required size PCC foundation, plastrering and white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, includind taking down old unsv. light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of existing serviceable lights of any wattage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wiring along with earth wire drawn inside in existing surface of pole with 2x2.5 sqmm and 1x2.5 sqmm earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor sngle core cable in surface to pole fixed with clamps for connection from terminal box to the connector in street light all as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/pole 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS 7098 (Part- I)with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down old unsv. cablecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/pole 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS 7098 (Part- I)with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc includind taking down old unsv. cablecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling for cable cushioning including spreading and levelling as directed. Note :- Thickness for sand shall be measured after punning down.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade (ISI Marked) of size 40 mm for cable protection to be fixed on wall /pole /road crossing with necessary clamps complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of clamps along with all fittings etc. if required to be fixed the pipe.

M&L for cutting road/PCC/Drain or under boaring for passing of pipes and make correct the top surface as per ground requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantaliing of Steel/RCC pole of any type including with its foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
