The overall size of section should be 80x50mm ( eighty into fifty millimetre) & 105x60mm (one hundred five into sixty millimetre) with rebate of 37mm ( thirty seven millimetre) for shutter, The frame section should be cut to length and metre joined with corner brackets made of CRCA electroplated. The frame shoud be provided with (a) 3 (three) numbers of M.S. powder coated 4" ( four inch) butt hinges of 2mm ( two millimetre) thickness welded to the frame(b) 6 (six) numbers of 1.2mm ( one point two millimetre) thick CRCA electroplated stiffners should be welded to frame (c) 6 (six) numbers of 8" ( eight inch) M.S. hold fasts with split end tails welded to stiffener plates (d) 1 one number aldrop receiver (e) each frame should be provided with 25x50mm (twenty five into fifty millimetre) tie rod at bottom. Providing and fixing windows Eco 5000 (five thousand) series windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanised Stell colour coated /powder coated (base steel as per IS:513) "D" quality, galvanised as per IS 277 with Zink of 120grams / square metre (one hundred twenty grames per square metre) with total coated thickness of 0.60mm (sixty millimetre), Coated sections should be with primer coat of Epoxy primer of 5-7 (five to seven) micron thick, finish painted with polyster paint of 12-16 (twelve to sixteen) microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 (five to seven) microns, or Powder coated with pure polyster powder upto 50-60 (fifty to sixty) microns thick. Sections for frame should be 98mm x 50mm (ninety eight millimetre to fifty millimetre) sections for mullion should be 46x70mm (forty six into seventy millimetre) sections for shutter frame should be of 46mmx46mm (forty six into forty six millimetre) section for fixed glassbead should be of 18mm x 25mm (eighteen millimetre into twenty five millimetre) and section for fly mesh shutter frame should be of 20mm x 40mm (twenty millimetre into forty millimetre). Frame and mesh shutter sections should be cut to length and mitre jointed with corner bracket made of Polyepropylene. Glass shutter should be mitre jointed with corner bracket made CRCA electroplated. Mullion section should be joined with frame/mullion using Nylon mullion Cap Ethy Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) gasket should be used all around glass in shutter between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass. Rubber gasket should be used around fly mesh to fix mesh in mesh shutter. Each glazed shutter should be provide with MS powder coated friction hinges-I set, high grade aluminium powder coated handle-1 (one) number each mesh shutter should be provided with S,S pivot hinges-1 (one) set, Seccolor make handle shall be provided per shutter.
