Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, & removing surplus soil (material) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb /benching /copings /leveliing course/window cill etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fly ash Brick work with using sub class "B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/chajja /lintel and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope /gradient for laying cables /pipes ,foundations, laying of cable,shafts, well,cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries ,rail,rafter, heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) distance pieces, cleats,fastening including fabrication and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified & directed. Note: Drawing & design shall be approved by GE.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in wind tie for roof including securing bolts or weld, clamp, hold fasts, wall ties, plate washer & similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made machine pressed pre-cast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of approved shade, laid in design & pattern as in footpath, light traffic parking etc, made by table vibratory method using PU mould of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-40 grade laid over & including 50mm thick over coarse sand/ stone dust, compacting and proper embedding/ laying by vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 0.80 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for One light point controlled by one one way switch controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of pvc conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box (normal & modular type) made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective item (2) All Necessary T & P required shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV, type- 1, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 6 Kgf / sq.cm working pressure with all necessary fittings for cable protection in wall ,ceilings,floors, road etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
