M&L for servicing of window type/split type AC of 1.5/2.0 tone capacity by taking out the same from existing location, cleaning of condenser, cooling coil, and other components with cooling coil rinse solution and clean water, greasing of fan, motor, blower etc without damage any part and reinstall at the same location all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note-Spare parts shall be measured and paid sapertaly.(Note: The contractor shall at his own cost arrange water for servicing purpose.)

S&F in replacement of starting relay assembly including clips and terminal cover suitable for window type/split type 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
