Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV ,630 Amps RMU unit outdoor type IP-65 protection duly painted (Paint shade in painted aluminium Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), SF-6 gas insulated RMU (Ring Main Unit) three way comprising of two numbers manually operated load break switch and one number manually operated load break with Fuse.RMU shall consist of SF6 gas filled as per manufacturer specification . RMU to be provided with internal busbars as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions complete with all accessories as under :- (a) 02 Nos incoming and outgoing load break switch module consisiting of 11KV,630A load break switch module and integrated earthing switch, both with full making capacity. Short time current 21KA/3 sec, making capacity 52KAp, Auxiliary contacts 1 NO+1NC, cable boxes with double door arrangement for enhanced safety(IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live conditions, Right angle boot (Push on type), Suitable size replacable cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable cover to allow ease of access for ninstallation/testing/rteplacement purposes. Cable covers with self interlocking mechanism with earth switch capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 (b)one nos outgoing breaker module consisting of Fuse at each location suitable for Transformers of rating (1) 500KVA (2) 250KVA(3) 315KVA (4) 250KVA (5) 250KVa(6) 250KVA (7) 250KVA HV Fuse with a series connected fault make, load break switch also having three positions, ‘ON’, ‘OFF’ and ‘TRANSFORMER EARTH ON’. A separate independent,manually operated spring mechanism guarantees constant operation speed.The ‘ON’ to ‘OFF’ sequence is achieved either by manual tripping of the spring mechanism or by the action of any of the fuse link striker pins following the rupture of a fuse. Unit shall have Neon live line indicators ,Phase comparison facilities, Castell interlocks for safe operation, Earth fault indicators, Fuse blown indication. Note:(i) Any Other standard accessories required for efficient operation of RMU as per OEM recommendations shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.(ii) RMU shall be installed on PCC plinth with minimum height 0.5 Mtr and foundation as recommended by manufacturer , cost deemed to be included in quotaed rates.

Interlocked cable box for front termination of the cable with double door arrangement (IP54+IP3X) Safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live condition. Right angle boots (push on type), Numerical based self powered OC+EF protection relay, providing Overcurrent (minimum setting 20%), earth fault (minimum setting 10%), 03 nos 100-50/1,2.5VA epoxy insulated, Ring core CTs for protection(Accuracy class 5P10) installed away from bushings to prevent saturation of core. Suitable site repleaceable cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm fromm cxable -cover to allow ease of access for installtion/testing/replacement purposes. Cable covers with self interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector and VCB, capacitive voltage indication fixed type system. Mechanical indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged. vaccum Interrup[tor shall be same as make of RMU. Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth electrode plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in round to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal level and connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6mm size by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40mm bore medium grade pipe with all fitting from the earth electrode fixed along with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and wahsers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth electrode to bottom of the earth pit including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick precast over slab of RCC )1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate NO 3 of MES SSR Part-I. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. (iv) Plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate of charcoal dust & salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, earthed, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel or wire armoured, electirc power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volt grade of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cable route indicator shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant items of this schedule.)

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for indoor cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for clean river sand cushioning under ground cable including spreading and puning down desired thickness compete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose )

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of hole under roads, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road for upto 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 80mm bore light grade with fitting laid in trenches for road crossing for protection of HT underground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber synthetic insulating mat 2mx1mx10mm of approved make.

Supply and fix FRP fencing complete with all sections as per site requiremt of height 2 mtrs and size 3.5mx4m as per ground requirement duly painted in yellow colour complete with FRP gate with lock system duly embedded in ground for protection of RMU and transformer (outdoor type) complete as per manufacture's instruction all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for cable route indicator made out form cast iron and fixed on MS angle iron( size of 40x40x5mm, 0.5 mtr long) including PCC (1:3:6), 20 mm graded stone aggregate ( size of PCC block 300 x 300 x 300 mm) buried in ground and path indicator top visible above ground duly marked "11KV HT CABLE" and straight through joint kit 11 KV and painted with brown paintcomplete all as specified and as directed.
