Supply, Install, commissioning and testing complete silent Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 82.5 KVA /66 KW or next higher capacity as available/manufactured 415 volts (AC 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directely to alternator, of matching capacity as recommended by the manufacturer on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure. (The complete set conforming to and test certificates as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete including AMF control panel (AMF panel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item) with MCCB, 4 pole of suitable rating and other standard fittings, fixtures as per manufacturer's design, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return fuel pipe arrangement, exhaust pipe with flexible coupling complete and shall comprise with the following :- (a) Engine (Prime Mover) Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable BHP as per manufacture's design, Turbo charged water cooled, self starter 12 volt battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufactureres design including suitable engine control panel/dash board with RPM cum KWH meter, oil temperture meter, oil presure gauge, water temp gauge and frequency meter (digital type including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, over speed and also including self starter, alternator, cogged V. Belt, fuel tank of capacity for 12 Hrs running with first fill of lub oil and coolant etc.

(b) Alternator :- Alternator AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current for output 82.5 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM of suitable insulation class enclosure/SPDP self excited, self regulated brushes, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine. (c) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine and alternater assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provded by the manufacturers. (d) Base plate :- Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications (e) Acoustic enclosure :- Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure (make of enclosure as authorised by the manufacturer's of DG sets and shall be complete as per CPCB norms for the DG sets to restrict the noise level to 75 DBA at one meter distance and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 7 degree centigrade beyond ambient temp provided with one light point inside enclosure with lamp. It shall be made out of 16 SWG or manufacturer's standard norms CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. The doors & glass window shall be as per manufacturer's design.

(f) One Nos 12V x 150 AH maintenace free batteries or (As recommended by manufacturer's) (g) The base frame shall be of ISMC as per manufacturer's design. It shall also include the following :- (i) Silencer : Residential and exhaust pipe extending to about 2 metres outside the DG set (ii) Internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded, ISI marked, FRLS type of suitable size with copper lugs, thimbles etc. (iii) Fuel tank complete as per manufacturer's design of capacity 12 hours running (minimum) complete with fuel gauge with fuel pipes etc. Make : - Greaves/Sudhir (Cummins) /Kirloskar.

(iii) Quoted amount shall be inclusive of foundation for mounting of DG set shall be made as per manufacturer design of 30 cms height (minimum) from natural ground level with in overall quoted cost. (iv) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by Rep of accepting officer, all testing equipments fuel and other material shall be arranged by the contractor within overall quoted cost. (v) Complete DG set shall be installed either direct by the manufacturer or its authorized Dealer rep. and a certificate in this regard shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engr-in-charge. Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core confirming to IS: 7098-(Part-1) 1988 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushing and brick work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately (ii) Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

Material and labour for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in 1:1.5:3 (by volume) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.
