Sch 'A' Part - XI : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED light fitting 4 feet, 2 x 18/20 watt, surface mounted mirror optic luminaries with parabolic bright anodized AL reflector and plastic end caps suitable for connecting up three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix 45 watts LED security light fitting with pressure die cast IP 66 protection luminous efficiency of 100lm/watt, PF>0.95, CRI>80, colour temperature 5700k suitable for primary roads with all connected accessories including bracket made out of GI tubing of 32mm outer dia 1.2m length, light grade with GI clamps, nuts and bolts etc for fixing of fitting complete in all respect all as specified and as directed.

PATH/HARDSTANDING Material and labour for heavy duty tiles/stone (Coloured/designer) tiles 10-12mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.09 sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm in floors, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

BOUNDARY WALL Material and labour for wall cladding tiles size 350x450/300x600mm, 10 to 12mm thick as in wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tile including 10mm thick backing coat and necessary cutting as required on site, complete all as specified and as directed. Tile shade as approved by GE.

RCC RETAINING WALL Supply and filling with granular soil back/returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3mm dia wire caged block of size 300x300x300mm, with spacing of wire bars 40 mm horizontally and 40 mm vertically to fill/pack stone boulder 60 to 80 mm placed at back of each weep hole complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting the existing 150 mm DI/CI/GI pipe, inserting tee of size 150 x 150 x 100 mm for taking branch connection including necessary threading, earth work, returning, refilling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying and testing of high pressure O-PVC pipes of nominal diameter 110mm, PN 16 with circumferential stiffness is greater than 7KN/m2 including all fittings and fixtures like bends, elbows, angled sockets of all angles, sliding coupler and other fittings/fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC block / pillar of appx size 0.345x0.345x0.8m (0.5M above GL) for laying of DI/GI pipe in rocky and slope areas including excavation in post holes (similar holes), returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in ;layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in hard /dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in foundation filling and mass concrete, brick work in CM 1:6, Rendering 10mm in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, three coat of white wash all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cast iron air release valves with two air outlets conforming to IS 14845 of size 100mm dia bore and fixing up in DI water supply mains of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Install testing and commissioning of centrifugal Monoblock pump set of 3.7 KW/ 5HP, Three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz of 20 mtr head Suction 80 x Del 80mm with cast iron impeller and gland packing with necessary base plate duly grouted as recommended by OEM, pressure gauges with control valves, provn for priming etc, foundation and connection from starter to motor using suitable size of copper cable drawn through suitable size concealed rigid PVC conduit pipe all complete including necessary suction/delivery pipe GI medium grade of 80mm bore flanged with foot valve as required and as directed

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve of size 80mm dia conforming to IS-3098 complete with gaskets, bolt, nut and washers all as directed.

Material and labour brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal size) with mild steel cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 90cm x90 cm x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a red oxide primer including locking arrangement, brick work and all inner surfaces of pit and exposed portion of out side shall be plastered in cement motor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal size) with mild steel cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 60cm x60 cm x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a red oxide primer including locking arrangement, brick work and all inner surfaces of pit and exposed portion of out side shall be plastered in cement motor (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of potable water into the Swimming pool complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) Contractor shall supply water in hygienically neat and clean water boozer and shall be free from dust, dirt, scales and other impurities. (b) Quality of water shall be tested (routine test) and test certificate to prove the potability of water issued by a Govt approved laboratory shall be produced by the contractor. The water shall be tested for essential characteristics, Bacteriological Examination for routine test as laid down in IS : 10500-1991 and confirm to the requirements. (e) Contractor shall collect water from the sources, which shall have the prior approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, install, test & commissioning of Indoor Vacuum circuit breaker Panel 630 Amp, HT, 11KV three phase, 630 Amps, 350 MVA, AC supply, STC-26.3KA / 3 Sec., Ambient 40 Degree, Lean gear panel type-Floor mounted encapsulated VCB in epoxy housing with IEC 62271-200/201 with bottom cable entry with copper busbar having 1 No incomer cum out going - with IP4X Alu-Zinc enclosure. The manufacturer of circuit breaker shall also be the manufacturer of the VI used in the breaker. The Circuit Breaker shall be suitable for E2, M2 & C2 (Single capacitor Bank) class duty. The offered circuit breaker should have valid type tests to support the afore-mentioned duty class. Tripping and / or release coils shall be continuous rated to ensure longer life. Integral spring charging handle to be provided in the CB with and including provision of the following :-

Supply and installation and testing and commissioning of Out door 11 KV CSS (Compact Substation) with incomer VCB of 630 A, 50Hz capacity draw out type having insulation level of 12KV/75KV impulse and, HT Cable/Bus bar, 1 No. transformer 100 KVA, 11 KV /433 CRT dry type and associated LT devices (MCCB). The compact substation should have minimum 3 mm thickness with galvanised iron enclosure suitable canopy, should be painted 7 tank process. with IP54 Class protection, even under adverse weather condition and ensure long life for inside equipments including sufficient cable entry /exit boxes should be provided for easy fixing of entry/exit cables. Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Fabricate, Supply install test and commissioning of CPRI approved factory fabricated indoor type LT panel board suitable for 440 Volt, 3 phase & Neutral , 50Hz supply , floor mounted weather and vermin proof fabricated from MS angle of size 50x50x5 mm as base frame, with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet (Make -Tata/ sail) ( load bearing members 2 mm thick and non load bearing members such as doors partitions etc of thick ness 1.6 mm thick ), with gland plates at bottom with suitable Brass chromium plated glands, with cadmium plated high tensile nut and bolts washers, suitable barrel copper lugs for cable terminations complete, with locking arrangements complete ,sheets bend, folded, cut with CNC machine for the accuracy of dimensions +/-0.5%, duly powder coated ( after minimum 9 tank process of pre chemical treatment)with Siemens grey colour , with suitable ventilation ,including LED RYB indicators -06 nos on incoming side and ON/OFF/TRIP indications on outgoing side of Incomer, interconnections from bus bars to MCCB's with suitable size copper bus bars, all internal ckt / protection wiring with FRHR 1100 V grade wiring with MCB protection, including terminal adapters, spreader links on incoming and out going sides of ACB's/ MCCB's complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following complete ( for Filtration plant Pump house)

Supply install, testing & commissioning of complete piping & valves and system all as shown in schematic & layout drgs and as required essentially for the swimming with concealed / open type piping with UPVC pipe and fitting type UPVC schedule 80 and ERW MS pipes and fittings, heavy grade, epoxy coated for suction, delivery and pool filtration system and consisting of minimum of the following:-

i) Piping - UPVC PipeSupply and fixittings - 160 mm, 200 and 250 mm dia - 10 KG pressure, with suitable size Butterfly / sluice valves as applicable - ISI marked ii) Piping MS epoxy coated heavy grade, ISI marked of dia 150 mm for suction lines of four pumps separately with suitable 150 mm dia Foot valves and butterfly valves in each suction with CI body and synthetic metal ball, strainer etc complete iii) MS delivery pipes from pump sets 150 mm dia MS epoxy coated heavy duty complete with suitable tailor made special and connected to common header and 150 mm dia NRV ISI marked -04 nos and PN 1.6 rating sluice valve IS-14846 -04 Nos complete iv) MS epoxy coated heavy duty common header 200 mm dia for delivery and suction header of suitable length including required MS specials v) MS pipe heavy duty epoxy coated of 200 mm dia with specials complete from common header to pressure filters incl necessary butter fly valves vi) Out let UPVC pipes 200 mm dia from pressure filters to swimming pool incl suitable MS butterfly valves 200 mm dia of suitable pressure rating of suitable lengths complete as required. vii) Concealed UPVC pipes 160 mm dia for outlet nozzles complete with suitable fixing arrangements inside diving pool complete viii) Concealed UPVC pipes 250 mm dia for Overflow from Swimming pool complete upto Balancing tank through lint catcher ix) Concealed UPVC pipes 160 mm dia for drain complete with suitable fixing arrangements inside swimming pool and upto common point and upto balancing tank with 150 mm dia sluice valve with SS spindle PN 1.6 rating IS-14846 with Suitable operating rod from Balancing tank top complete all as specified and directed. x) MSEP wash out pipe 160 mm dia heavy duty from pressure filters till out side rain / Storm water drain including 150 mm dia butterfly valve ISI marked with complete. xi) UPVC pipes of suitable sizes for connection of pipes to dosing pumps and blower complete all as required. xii) Set of valve manifold for each filter for operation mode in Filter/ Bypass / rinse/back wash/drain mode of 150 mm dia MS butterfly valves

Notes:- (a) All UPVC pipe & fittings shall be as per UPVC schedule 80 (b) All MS pipe & fittings shall be heavy grade & epoxy painted. (c) Any relevant item of work concerning pipe & valves not mentioned in this BOQ/schedule or in drg but essentially & technically required for the pool filtrating system of the main and diving pool is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra will be admissible on the count.account at any stage. (d) All civil works including excavation and earthwork to suitable depths as reqd for those items is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (e) In case of variation in specification / sizes between sch ‘A’ and drgs, the details provided in schematic and layout drgs shall prevail. (f) Tenderer is advised to visit the site and see the schematic & layout plan of pools, balancing tank, pump house etc before quoting rates. Nothing extra will be admissible in case of certain changes are necessitated at site or layout of pools, balancing tank or pump house etc as required as per site / technical requirement during execution of work.

Supply install test and commissioning of Electrical cabling for dosing system, starters of blowers consisting of the following i) Copper wiring of suitable size with Suitable GI Protection pipe for Pump set from starter panel to Motor (6 runs of Copper wire for star delta starters)- 04Jobs ii) Copper wiring of suitable size for Air blower from starter panel to Motor with Suitable GI protection pipe iii) Copper wiring of suitable size for dosing pumps from starter panel to dosing Motor with Suitable GI protection pipe iv) Copper wiring of suitable size from main filtration plant panel to ionisation panel

Supply install testing and commissioning of under water illumination system such as under water light LED Light fittings with IP 68 certification of 14.4 w, 12 V with LED Module drive and LED drive protection including cable connection and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
