Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any description from LT poles with and including insulators of any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron section etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard rock for laying of under ground cables/pipes and foundation etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection pipe line, making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry clean sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L for pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), class 10, laid dry and flat adjoining each other over sand cushion in trenches as protection to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for installing, commissioning and testing split type air conditioner with intelligent remote control, 220Volts AC, nominal capacity 1.5 TR, complete with copper condensing tubing designed for outside ambient temperature (summer 50 degree celcius, monsoon 32 degree celcius), relative humidity 50% to 60 %, number of air changes 3-4 per hour, copper refrigerant piping with insulation (EP foam pipe section) upto 3 metre from indoor unit to outdoor unit with copper power cables upto 4 mtr including fixing/grouting a set of best quality mounting brackets for outdoor unit, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE for items of submain wiring:- Two runs of cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm dia shall be measured as one run length. Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the PVC conduit.
