Periodic / Emergency Tower to Tower Patrolling and Periodic Lopping / Chopping of Branches of Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor of Following 132KV Transmission Lines alongwith other associated Works, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work with all due Care of Safety & Precautions as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Details below : (1) Tower to Tower Patrolling of various 132KV Transmission Lines from one end to other end and Submission of Patrolling Report in Triplicate in Prescribed Proforma Mentioning the Stolen / Missing Tower Parts & Tower Accessories; Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor; Damage to Earthwire, Conductor, Jumper, Insulator & other Line Accessories; Damage to Foundation, Coping, Chimney, Earthing etc. during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2019 to 31.05.2020 as per Details below : (a) 132KV D.C. Dohna - Shahjahan Pur Line (87.390 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 1048.680 Km)

(b) LILO of 132KV Dohna - Shahjahan Pur Line at 132KV Sub Station Bareilly Town (8.820 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 105.840 Km)

(c) LILO of 132KV Bareilly Town - Shahjahan Pur Line at 132KV Sub Station Farid Pur (2.540 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 30.480 Km)

(d) LILO of 132KV Dohna - Shahjahan Pur (220KV) Line at 132KV Sub Station Bareilly II (Bali Pur) (0.330 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 3.960 Km)

(e) 132KV S.C. Dohna - Richha Line upto LILO Point (29.636 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 355.632 Km)

(f) LILO of 132KV Dohna - Kichha Line at 132KV Sub Station Richha (5.825 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 69.900 Km)

(g) 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - Dham Pur Sugar Mill Line (21.770 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 261.240 Km)

(h) 132KV S.C. Farid Pur - Dwarikesh Sugar Mill Line (15.652 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 187.824 Km)

(i) 132KV S.C. Richha - Kesar Sugar Mill Line (11.415 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 136.980 Km)

(j) 132KV S.C. Bareilly II (Bali Pur) - Rasuiya 2 Phase TSS Line on D.C. Towers (15.967 Km × 12 No. Monthly Patrolling = 191.604 Km)

(2) Emergency Patrolling of above 132KV Transmission Lines in the Event of Tripping / Break Down of the Lines (to Commence within 2 hrs. of Intimation for the same, if Tripping / Breakdown in Day Time & by 07:00 AM, if Tripping / Breakdown Occurs in Night), as per Instructions of Supervising Engineer as per Details given below : (a) Emergency Patrolling of Line upto 20 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(b) Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 20 Km to 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(c) Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

(4) Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in Corridor of the above 132KV Transmission Lines to Provide Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees. (1300 No. Trees x 3 Times in a Year = 3900 No. Trees)
