CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROVN OF 01 X COVERED TRG SHED (36M X 12M) AT MRC WELLINGTON UNDER GE WELLINGTON

Preparation and submission of the following for Provn of 01 x Covered Trg Shed (36M X 12M) at MRC Wellington under GE Wellington on reproducible film duly signed and one soft copy of the same all as directed (a) Detailed structural design, analysis and evaluation folder/report showing all calculation, design philosophy assumption including reference etc complete. (b) Detailed structural drg of the footing & foundation i.e. plan, elevation, section with dimensions in mm for columns including details of sub base for foundation & reinforcement details (Scale 1:50) (c) Detailed structural drg of super structure (plan, section, & reinforcement detailing) i.e. plinth beam, columns, bracing beams, roof beams, Chajjas etc, Steel Trussses, Galvalume sheet Roofing complete (Scale 1:50) (d) Type of reinforcement details of all structural members mentioned in Para (ii) to (iv) & other reinforcement details as per IS 456-2000, IS 13920-2016 & SP-34 including structural notes relevant to IS/SP. (i) The design of the building shall be based on IS-456 : 2000, IS-1893, IS 13920, IS-436 and all other relevant codes (latest version of the codes will be followed). (ii) Grade of concrete : M25 and grade of steel Fe500 D TMT bars conf to IS 1750 (iii) Fire rating to be considered as per latest IS code 1641 NBC norms for residential bldg. (iv) Different loads shall be as per code provisions for the type of structure

(v) All structural analysis and design shall be designed as per IS 1893-2002, IS 875 etc for earthquake load, wind loads as applicable (vi) The design of steel structure shall be based on IS 800-2007, IS 4000, ASTMA325, IS 814, 816, 6560, IS 9595, IS 7215, IS 2062, IS7205 and SP 6(1) 1964 and all other relevant codes (latest verstion of the codes will be followed). (vii) Structural design may be done assuming SBC 14T/Sqm at 2m depth however it will be confirmed subquently . Note : (i) These brief design inputs are only for guiding purpose of consultants However, relevant IS code and data pertains to Wellington area will be followed in case of any ambiguity. (ii) Above design & drg shall be got vetted from IITs/NITs or any reputed govt engineering college. (iii) Two set of hard copy and one set of soft copy of the final detailed structural design, analysis and evolution folder/report showing all calculations design philosophy, assumptions including reference etc and and one set of final architectural & structural drawing of gateway tracing paper (95/100 gm/sqm). one set in soft copy and five sets in hard copies shall be submitted by the consultlant.

Preparation and submission of detailed estimate folder comprising bill of quantities (BOQ), detailed steel and cement calculations, yard stick for stage wise payments, market rate analysis for the building as per sample estmate available with E-8 section of CWE Wellington including incorporating revision and amendments to all drgs etc complete for construction permanent building for Provn of 01 x Covered Trg Shed (36M X 12M) at MRC Wellington on reproducible film duly signed and one soft copy of the same all as directed. Note for SL No 1 & 2 above :- (i) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of changes/revision in the drgs till the physical completion of main job, Revised/ amended drgs and estimates for the change/revisions shall be submitted by the consultant to the client without any extra cost.
