S & F in repairs Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 1.25mm thick Plain, Black Sheet, mild steel sheeting as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Steel rolling shutters, thickness of laths of 1.25 mm, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F in repairs pre-painted Galvalume steel Plain Sheets and thickness 0.50mm [Galvalume base-PPGL Sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cut to length & bent to shape, girth sheets fixed with aluminium self tapping screws and neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim/ rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. complete all as specified. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Floors/ Hard standing etc, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Ceramic elevation tiles, rustic matt finished of size 300 x 600, 7 to 8 mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-EXTERIA PLUS GVT Elevation tiles of VAMORA or equivalent tiles as per makes given in Particular Specifications. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using 3mm thick tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

M & L for Pre-Polished designer Precast Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, made with M-25 Grade plain Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed, approved shape, colour and pattern, size not less than 300 X 300 mm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sand filling as in Sand Bed to Inter Locking Paving Blocks including filling interstices complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Inter Locking Paving Blocks of 80mm thick, made with M-40 Grade cement concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, Hydraulically pressed of approved colour and pattern, shape and size conforming to IS - 15658 set in floors including taking down existing paver blocks of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for keyed pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 to random rubble uncoursed or brought up to coursed masonry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces or on one side of lathing, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for One coat of Cement Based paint by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on old painted Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Cement Based Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Cement Based Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on newly plastered Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Cement Based Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Cement Based Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for One coat of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on old painted Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval. (b) The work shall be carried out up to G+4 Storey height and the rate quoted is deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval. (b) The work shall be carried out up to G+4 Storey height and the rate quoted is deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

S & F in repairs Stainless Steel frame work made with Stainless Steel Pipes/ tubes of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm, Grade 304, standard quality, bright polish finish, as in frame work of sign boards including vertical posts, etc., welded at the turnings and junctions, welded portions shall be completely grinded and brought to bright and smooth finish including all bends, elbows, posts embedded into concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Single sided Sign Boards made out of high Intensity Prismatic Retro Reflective sheet conforming to ASTM-D 4956-01 Type-IV, fixed over and including 3mm thick aluminium sheet as approved by GE with letters [Block, Roman, Italic or Indian] including necessary stops, commas, short lines, dashes, brackets, arrows, borders, etc. as per IRC 67 - 2001 in silver/white with blue/green or any other colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to Class II ASTDM - D - 1956 -01 and fixing same to the frame work by means of suitable size aluminium alloy, rivets or bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.
