(SH: - 2.0 - CONCRETE WORK) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing for leveling coarse of floor and roof etc.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification

(SH: - 3.0 - R.C.C. WORK) Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

(SH: - 4.0 - MASONRY WORK) Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x10 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level for 10 cm thick wall in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding complete

(SH: - 5.0 - STEEL WORK) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of aliphatic acrylic PU paint(DFT 2x35 microns) over one coat of epoxy amine HB coating intermediate(DFT 150 microns), over one coat of epoxy mastic primer(DFT 100 microns) and surface roughness shall be made to SA 2.5 before applying primer etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges ,lead,lift etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge at all levels

Providing and fixing GI round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

(SH: - 6.0 - FINISHING WORK) 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

15mm cement plaster of mix, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 2 kg/sqm including mixing with water proofing material separately as per proportion recommended by manufacturer at all heights including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. (water proofing liquid will be paid separately)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Providing and applying water proof cement paint of approved brand and colour for new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)on walls after scraping and cleaning the surface including cost and coveyance of all materials,labour charges,hire charges for scaffolding etc.complete at all levels

Providing and fixing acid and/or alkali resistant bricks (AR Bricks Class - I )conforming to IS:4860 of 230x115x38MM or nearest available size of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding with bitumin mastic , and joints filling and pointing with acid and/or alkali resisting compound (Potassium based silicate motar)of approved make as per manufacturer's specifications, including surface preparations and providing and applying bitumin primer at the rate of 0.3kg/sqm on the surface prior to the fixing of AR bricks etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

SH: - 7.0- DRAINAGE PIPING WORKS Supplying, laying and jointing hard PVC pipes with PVC specials such as tees, bends, door bend, door tee, elbows,unions, etc. with clamps including earth work, refilling, ,testing the lines rectifying any leakages or defects,etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for soil, waste, rain water,drains, vent pipe, etc. concealed or open at all levels including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, sundries etc complete for external works as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
