Note: The Annual License Fee shall at no time be less than Rs 15,22,599/-, exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, if any, will be levied on the Licensee as per the prevailing regulations.

* The bidder is requested to inspect the existing premises and acquaint himself at his own cost, before bidding.

ii. I/we have inspected the existing premises and acquainted ourselves with the ground level situation and details.

iii. I/we agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Punjab Heritage and Tourism promotion Board.

iv. I/we agree that this offer shall remain valid for a period of 120 (One Hundred twenty) days from the Proposal due date or such further period as may be mutually agreed upon.
