Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing outside defence area, complete all as specified and directed .

Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 ,finished even and fair without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed .

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on on brick /stone/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of earth fill from roof slab including digging the earth upto roof slab manually, removing the spoil to a distance n. exc one km and deposited in low lying area and cleaning the roof slab with water, complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description ground to 2nd floors and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

G.I. Tubing 40 mm dia heavy grade galvanised laid over floors as a spout pipe in sunken floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from chajjas or facias etc, incl. dismantling of damage conerete & repair the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) on chajjas of any width and applying 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound, finished even & smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Use and waste form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but n.exc. 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Preparing existing surface of floor and brushing with neat cement slurry 3.0 kg of cement per sqm (b) Rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar (1:4) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (c) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (d) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface.

(e) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (f) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Sketches of ponding shall be produced at the time of RAR. (iii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in roof padding kerb stones, coving etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

Notes:- 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 mtr is included in the quoted rate. 2. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
