Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimetres to twenty two point four millimetres)sizes, 75mm ( seventy five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg. ( zero point two two five kilogramme ) per square meter on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications 503 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential charges. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of type- A with specified sizes of graded stone aggregate 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre) for wearing courses including loading of aggregate at the rate of 0.27cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre), per ten square meter mixed with penetration grade bitumen VG-30 ( viscosity grade-30 ) at the rate of 14.60 Kg. (fourteen point six zero kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating, binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( eighty- hundred) KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat type-B complete as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 508 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and laying 25mm ( twenty five millimeter) compacted thick bitumenous concrete with minimum 40-60 TPH ( forty –sixty tonne per hour ) hot mix Batch type/ Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm ( thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 ( ( viscosity grade-thirty ) @ 5.40 to 5.60% ( five point four zero to five point six zero percent ) ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth Wheel roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight- ten ) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 ( twelve- fifteen tonne ) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa ( zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 ( six to eight ) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause 509 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts , drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten ) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement: three sand: six graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm) ( forty millimeters ) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping, or bailing out water , dewatering, removal of slush, as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per directions of Engineer-in- charge and including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential .
