   Railway reserves the right to place bulk/entire quantity order on the bidder/bidders who have successfully executed the supply of the same/similar item to any of the Railway stations or Metro stations or Airports or any other Central/State Govt.controlled/owned Public Transport, Railway service buildings or in any office buildings/Hospitals of Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs of Central or State Govt. within the last three financial years, including the current financial year up to the date of tender opening and proof of successful execution - CRN, CRAC, Receipt Note, Inspection Certificate, Completion certificate must be uploaded. Supply, installation and commissioning of passenger lift of minimum 8 Person (544 Kgs) capacity or higher will be considered as similar items for tender evaluation purpose.

Participation shall be from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized agents/dealers. 2) Agents/dealers shall submit a valid Tender- Specific Authorization from the OEM, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected. 3) In case of authorized participation, the OEM shall bear full responsibility for quality, performance, and warranty obligations of the supplied material. 4)Inspection shall be carried out at the OEM's manufacturing premises only. The above shall be governed by Para 3.4 of Part-B of Southern Railway Tender Conditions.
