filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating same by through saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand

Supplying empty cement bags in good condition

Filling empty cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag ( cost of thread included ) and carrying and packing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.
