Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in Reapirs/Replacement machine pressed precast concrete Coloured interlocking paver block with rubber mould type any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness of concrete as in floors/ pavements and design with grey cement and pigment bases, incl sand cushioning 50mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequred Cement concrete coloured tiles glossy finish, rubber moulded with grey cement and pigments exce 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm 25-30mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/ plinth protection/ drain/path etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of R.C.C. work for drain cover / man hole cover manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F for Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Greatings of drain and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and incl applying a coat of approved steel primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm in width or girth.

M&L for random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4) and incl demolition of same, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Raking out joints /pointing built in cement mortar to random rubble masonary of wall surface, channels, roofs etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing using cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonary wall surface, channels, roofs etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ stone masonary using cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs for precast cement concrete jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 graded agg), 25 mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:6 including all moulding etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over and incl a coat of alkali resistent primer complete all as specified.
