RCC work with Cement approved course sand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proporation of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and window excluding supply of rainforcement and its bendig but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centerin and shuttering etc. and also including supply of material labour and tools and pants etc required for proper completion of work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 (PWD SOR SI No 10, 285b) (For Lighter Beams)

Mild steel or Iron in plain work such as rainforced concrete or rainforce brick work (when not including in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and inclding supply of steel its westage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to level etc as per specification and Drawing.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate i/C cutting hoisting, fixing in a position & apply priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete with all as per CPWD Voll-I 10.10

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 cement and sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of work. PWD SI No. 307

12mm thick Plaster with cement and coarse sand (1:3) mortar as per technical specifications. SOR No. 583

Boundry Wall white washing one coat andFinishing wall with water proff cement paint of approed make and quality on new work with two coats to give an een shade. Including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (PWD SOR SI- 660+671)
