Supply, install, testing and commissioning integrity of Smart Meter single phase as per BIS 16444 with communication technology including cellular/RF/Hybrid (Cellular + RF ) AC whole current, Smart Energy Meter of rating 10-40 Amps complete as per specifications, meter shall have the ability to communicate with Head End System (HES) on any one of the communication technologies mentioned in IS 16444 Part I (RF/ Cellular) in a secure manner, in case of Cellular based meter, the meter shall accommodate e-SIM / SIM of any service provider, the Smart Meter shall have a dedicated sealable slot for accommodating plug-in type, bi-directional communication module which shall integrate the respective communication technology (RF/PLC/Cellular) with the Smart Meters, leading to easy adaptability for network interfaces (WN/NAN), the Plug-In module shall be field swappable / replaceable complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Meter Specification may please be read in co-junction with the relevant PS clause.

(ii) 15 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for cumulative energy and max demand of software.

(iii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operate able from MDM/ billing software and prepaid features would be configured in MDM/ billing end as per prevalent IS and applicable tariff plan.

(v) Two way communication with DCU/HES.

(vi) Clock synchronisation facility with HES (Head end system).

(vii) In case of RF, communication including different makes of meter shall be such that it should communicate with same DCU directly via mesh network.

(viii) Guarantee of meter shall be 10 years from date of completion.

(ix) The cost of meter shall include DCU / repeater cost in case of RF communication meters.

(x) The OEM shall need to share the Authentication / Encryption keys of the meters along with relevant protocol details with the department.

(xi) A training to handle the smart meter to MES tradesmen shall also be given by professionals.

(xii) The Contractor / OEM will be held responsible for interface with the existing server of any make of MES at Visakhapatnam and testing the system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, design & install testing & commissioning passengers lift of capacity 8 passenger lift (544 Kgs capacity) in the adjusting lift well, speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve 08 floors (G + 7) upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No. 58 here-in-before but suitable to carry 13 passengers (884 Kg) at a speed of 1.5 M/sec to serve upto 08 floors (G+7 floors).

DG SET

Supply and fix cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed LT 1100 V grade with copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 sqmm multi stranded conductor laid in ground fixed to wall roof etc with suitable clamps spacers bolts nuts etc complete.

Supply and fix time switches 250 V single Phase of 25 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent engine generating set with acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms 415 volts 40 kVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with and including the following:-

(i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant ISI design

(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to disturbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.

(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 40 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. C) AMF Panel :- Factory made inbuilt type control cubical type made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front opening of 415 volts 3 -phase 4 - wire AC 50 Hz, including powder coated, copper bus bar of one and half times the rated load of 40 KVA alternator complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multi stranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity, fuses, name plates consisting of 4 pole MCCBs and Contactors of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer. Detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standard microprocessor based LED/LCD display for indicating voltage, current, frequency, speed, kW, kWH, pf, temperature, Battery voltage, etc

g) Annunciation with indication lamps for : (i) Low lub oil pressure. (ii) High Water Temperature.

f)Battery charger (i) Transformer shall be dry type, double wound, with copper conductor and Class–B insulation with temperature rise limited to Class-A insulation. (ii) Isolating switch shall be heavy duty, load break type, operated by an external handle. (iii). Fuses shall be HRC type and arranged for easy replacement. Semiconducting devices fuses shall be fast-acting type. (iv). Indicating meters (voltmeter and ammeter) shall be 96mm x 96mm, flush type 90 degree scale with antiglare glass, + 1% accuracy with zero adjuster on the front of the meter. (v.) The following indications/alarm annunciation shall be provided: a) Failure of input AC supply to the charger b) Low battery voltage c) DC output fuse blown d) Charger fail e) Over voltage f) Earth fault g) Battery on boost charge directed.

D) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 40 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per latest CPCB norms (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Pollution control board

(iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Construction Details/specification are as follows: a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms

v) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit

vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form

vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button viii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. ix) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions.

TV & Telephone

x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade

E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, Cement Concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate of size not less than 4.6 x 3.0 x 0.8 m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.
