Erection of miscellaneous steel structure made out of M.S.joist, angles, channels, flats, plates rods, chequred plate, pipes rails etc.including the cost of welding, bolting, consumables, Labour, tools, hoisting arrangement, transportation, cutting grooves/ holes for proper alignment and making joints with old structure at any elevation etc all complete as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge. (for execution of work upto 0.1MT)

Dismantling of steel structure made of single or any built up section with joist angles, flats, rods, plates, chequred plate etc. by necessary gas cutting/chiseling, hammering, cutting groove, making holes if necessary by chipping and removing the dismantled structure to place for reuse or to NALCO Stores as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.(At all Elevations)

Fabrication of M.S.grill/grating, hand railing made out of angles, flats, pipe, rods etc.including welding, cutting, & cost of all transportation labourers, consumables, tools & tackles including cleaning the surface and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (red oxide zinc chromate) etc all complete as per the specifications and direction of the Manager-in-charge.( At all Elevations)

Removal or fixing of existing M.S grill/ grating/ cover by necessary gas cutting, welding, chiseling, hammering, cutting grove by chipping , stacking/ fixing in proper position etc all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Painting of Grills/grating with synthetic enamel paint two coat over a coat of primer.

Painting with one coat of red oxide/ zinc chromate paint of Asian/ Berger make on steel structure including necessary scraping and cleaning the surface from loose dust, dirt, pill out paint, rust or any other foreign materials including the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. & removal of the scaffolding after the painting is over all complete at all elevation as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint of Asian/ Berger make of any approved shade on steel structure including necessary scraping and cleaning the surface from loose dust, dirt, pill out paint, rust or any other foreign materials including the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. & removal of the scaffolding after the painting is over all complete at all elevation as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and applying Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

CGI corrugated sheet roofing with new/old sheets (CGI/ Precoated GI) with necessary GI "J" or “L" hooks of 8 mm dia/ self driven screws, seam bolts & nuts, EPDM & G.I washer for all height with required cutting to shape, size, lifting & transporting arrangement, all complete as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge. CGI/ Precoated sheet will be supplied by Nalco's store as free issue basis. (For execution of work above 10 sqm)

CGI corrugated sheet roofing with new/old sheets (CGI/ Precoated GI) with necessary GI "J" or “L" hooks of 8 mm dia/ self driven screws, seam bolts & nuts, EPDM & G.I washer for all height with required cutting to shape, size, lifting & transporting arrangement, all complete as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge. CGI/ Precoated sheet will be supplied by Nalco's store as free issue basis.(For execution of work upto 10 sqm)

Aluminium trough/ corrugated sheet roofing with new/old sheets with necessary Aluminium “J" or "L" hooks of 8 mm dia/ self driven screws, seam bolts & nuts, EPDM & Al washer, for all height with required cutting to shape, size, lifting & transporting arrangement, all complete as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge. Aluminium sheet will be supplied from Nalco’s store as free issue basis.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets ( corrugated/ trough/ plain sheet of size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by M-I-C including ridges plain up to 600mm width), 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating minimum 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by M-I-C. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing & fixing 2 mm thick corrugated / trough UV stabilized fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with 'J' or 'L' hooks/ Self driven screws, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/ EPDM washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Fixing of GI/Al ridge & valley gutter including necessary jointing and sealing with J or L hooks/ self driven screws, seam bolts & nuts, EPDM & GI washer etc. all complete at all elevation as per specifications and directions of M-I-C. (Plain GI/ Al sheets shall be supplied by NALCO store as FIM.)

Fixing wind ties of M.S flat with necessary drilling, nuts & bolts ,washer etc.including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for all elevation complete as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment with self adhesive flash strip Lafarge/STP or equivalent over roof AC/ GI/ Al sheets etc. in position including over lapping adjoining surfaces by 15mm as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Dismantling/ removing of old AC/ GI/ Al sheets including ridge, valley gutter etc and stacking properly the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials to designated areas (scrap yard) for all elevation complete as per the specifications and directions of the Manager-in-charge.

Electric arc welding on steel works, pressed steel doors, windows etc. for rectification job at any elevation including cost of all consumables, tools, plant, labour etc. wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Cutting of steel structure of any size & shape by gas including the cost of all labourers, tools, tackles, consumables etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Repairing of MS door/ window including necessary cutting, welding, fixing etc complete at all elevation as per specifications and directions of M-I-C. (major spare will be paid extra as per item no 28 to 33)

Providing and fixing Butt hinges of size upto (125mm x 65mm x 2.12mm) for repairing of M.S. steel doors and windows including fixing in position, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing of Tower bolt (150mmx10mm) for repairing of M.S. steel doors and windows including fixing in position, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing of Sliding door bolt (300mm x 16mm) for repairing of M.S. steel doors including fixing in position, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing of Door ring (10/12mm Q) for repairing of M.S. steel doors and windows including fixing in position, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing M.S. handles of size upto 125 mm for repairing of M.S. steel doors and windows including fixing in position, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing & fixing single action spring hinge 150mm for repairing of M.S. steel doors and windows including fixing in position, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing MS bolts as per required size and length including nuts, washers etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing in position approved make heavy duty type overhead hydraulic door closer (Hyper/ Godrej or equivalent) with double speed adjustment including necessary accessories, welding, bolting with necessary screws etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Supplying and fixing of welded steel wire fabric of required width with rectangular mesh 75 mm x 25 mm size (3.25 mm or 10 SWG thick) including making frame work with MS flat or angle and fixing the same in existing steel structure with welding/ bolting as per requirement including painting with one/two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (Note: Structural steel work and synthetic enemal painting will be paid separately under scheduled items.)

Supplying, fixing & tensioning in position G.I. barbed wire with necessary pin, staplers etc on the angle iron post, 12 gauges, 2 ply, 4 points. all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Dismantling of Barbed wire/ chain link fencing etc including making rolls, bundles of dismantled materials after segregation of serviceable & unserviceable materials and handing over of the respective materials at designated locations all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C.

Supplying and fixing concertina coil of 600 mm dia reinforced punched barbed tape concertina with a stretched up length of 10.0 meter and having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length including all accessories, joining with galvanized special "U" clips for all heights all complete as per specifications and directions of M-I-C. (Cost of structural post will be paid Separately)

Collection, segregation, lifting, transportation of scraps, reinforcement steel, structural steel & other metallic scraps found lying in different location and elevations inside the plant premises including cleaning the bush, grass,etc. up to the identified area, removal of earth, mud coal dust, mill reject etc. lying near/over the materials, gas cutting the twisted, bent, severely, damaged, or excessive long members into smaller pieces, loading in the tractors/dumpers, weighment in the weigh bridge/ recoding the linear measurement as per instruction of manager - in - charge taking into consideration the probable future use of the retrieved or salvaged materials, depositing the scrap/ salvaged materials in the scrap yard or any other location as directed, all complete including supply of all tools,tackles,consumable and other materials as per instructions of the Manager-in-charge. Payment will be made as per the weigh bridge slip/joint record sheets duly signed by the Manager-in-charge.
