Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M- twenty) design mix to obtain the compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (twenty newton per square millimeter) cement contents not less than 320 kg (Three hundred twenty kilogram) per cubic meter, mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers, Chajjas, intel, staircase, sills and cantilevers in all depth / thickness upto all floor level etc; within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even , smooth and curing complete, as per PWD specification,approved drawing, design including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
