Construction of intake well cum pump house:- Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in : Foundation & Plinth complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Brick Work using common Burnt Clay Building Class in Foundation & Plinth & in Supersturcture in 1:6 (1Cement :6 Sand) complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-
Foundation, footings basis of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. .
Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses & the like complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. .
Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings,cantilivers, bressumers andlintels not exceeding 1 meter in depth in all heights from floor complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. .
Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended floors, roofs landing and the like complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & Laying Concrete, for plain/reinforced Cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 800, 1205.04, & 1205.05 [Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, 20mm complete in all respect with carriage in all leads & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Applying priming coat over new steel of other metel surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaing oil, grease, dirt & other foreign matter and scourd with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.
Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surface with enamal paint to give an even shade i/c cleaining the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.
White washing with lime on decorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.
Providing and fixing MS Railing along cantilever slab around the dome complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers to make the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The laying of pipes conform to IS 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing

Providing and welding M.S. flanges at suitable point, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end API pipe in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of API pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
Laying, jointijng and testing in trenches of GMSERW bevelled edge flanged/Butt welded pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007, L210 or A of below mentioned grade in item as per dimensions, weight and test pressure mentioned there in code (mill tolerances to be restricted within 3%) in random lengths of 6 to 7 mtrs including the cost of fabrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube as required at site. Only 5% joints shall be flanged joint and remaining shall be butt welded joints and welding of pipe will be down as per IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 of make Adwani/Orelon (Adore)/ESAB. The laying & jointing of pipe should confirm to IS:5822-1994 (earth work in trenches, flanged joint and butt welded joints to be measured and paid for separatly) The pipes and specials shall have coating with galvanised as per BIS 4736, the galvanisation is done by the manufacturing firm itself in factory complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Main Balancing Reservior and Sump/collection:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Fencing work around all the civil works such as intake structure (Percolation well), Pump Houses, MBRs, SRs Inspection Hut & quarters etc. one metre high fencing over brick masonery 1.30 mtr high ISA 50x50x5 mm post @ 1.50 mtr centre to centre including with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of Galvanised mild steel barbed wire confirming to IS:278-1962-type-1, weighting 9.38kg/100mtr minimum strained and fixed to post with proper fastening arrangement. The ISA post shall shall be embeded 450 mm deep in C:C 1:2:4 with proper fastening arrangement protected with using suitable primer and anti corrosive paint level difference at different points shall be suitabily taken care so as to look asthetically good including cost of excavation foundation concrete , brick masonery , plastering and providing and fixing M.S. Gate of suitable size where required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy to the department. (As per details given in data sheet No. 10).
Site development for various civil works such as Percolation well pump houses,Main balancing reserviors,Service storage reservior,retaining walls,breast wall etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.
Cutting in earthwork in all kind of soil for site development of civil structures and disposal of excavated earth up to all leads and lifts as per direction to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually by 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Approach Road :- Construction of Approach road to pump houses & i/c cutting in earth work in all kind of soils, subgrading to required camber and super elevation,soling,bearing coat, metalling, tarring and c/o cross drainage works and side drains, c/o retaing walls and breast walls complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Provision for the rehabilitation and rejuvenation of Water treatment plants, existing gravity system which may be capable of providing present available quantity of water including interconnection of the existing gravity system with the proposed water supply system.
