Routine Maintenance & round the clock operation on all days including Sunday & holidays of the below mentioned services & other services as per details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized manpower & by arranging required tools & plants etc. to keep all services operational upto required standards. Staff required: One skilled and One unskilled person round the clock. Services included mainly FD and FF system (Make-Honeywell), BMS system (Make-Honeywell), access control (Make-Honeywell), CCTV (Make-Honeywell), UPS & other electro mechanical services.
